Ingeotecnia de el General offers a wide range of consulting services for our clients, from engineering, construction and architectural services. Considering the characteristics of property, their arquitects made some possible designs and they are able to offer an estimate for any posible construction to our clients. Finishes include ceilings in kitchen and living room, cedar wood kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, ceramic floors, ceiling fans in every room,  water and electrical hookups, septic tank and more. 

• Permitting - This phase of work effort also typically includes final plan check by the permitting staff of the applicable local municipal jurisdiction. 

• Engineering - Engineering construction contract documents will include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural drawings. 

• Construction Drawings - Construction documents and/or shop drawings for all project elements will be prepared, finalized, signed, and approved by the Owner.
