Amazing Sunset Views and Outdoor Spaces - Excellent stay on a quiet hillside. Short drive to the cute town, beach, and restaurants in Dominical. The pool and hot tub were fantastic to relax in after a day of hiking, snorkeling and beach walks and swims. We grilled every night on the spacious covered patio. - Pat, O.

Fabulous - The house was wonderful, clean well laid out and the pool was awesome. The landscaping was beautiful with toucans hummingbirds and butterflies. Visits from monkeys in the trees and lizards on the ground. Our family had a wonderful time and Oscar set us up with a private chef, massages and horseback riding. Amazing View and Property - The home is amazing. The view spectacular. Lounge in the pool while watching Toucans play in the trees. Hummingbirds will come right up to the infinity pool to drink in the flowers surrounding it. Great privacy between each room that has their own unique view, but each also includes the expansive ocean. Location is great. Place was really clean. Will be back. Perfect and couldnt have been happier. - Beautiful Villa. Clean, ocean view, scenic, private, amazing staff. We rented this place for our family of 7. Could not have chosen a better spot. It was clean, they provided toiletry, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, towel, cutlery etc. As you would have in your home away from home. The family was in aww. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here the next time we come. The hill is steep to get to the Villa but after a run or two, it becomes easy. Ivan the PM was just simply amazing and made everything so easy. From checking in to checking out and housekeeping and cleaning the pools. - Emily W.

New Years get away - House was awesome. Great for a family of 8. Each couple had there own room and bathroom. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Property was beautiful with lots of tropical flowers. Very clean and well maintained. Saw some monkeys, lots of birds and a toucan. Sunsets were breathtaking. Would definitely return. Love the Stay - Carlos and Esteban where great hosts. We absolutely loved it being guests there. The house is awesome, has a great pool, nice furniture and was very, very clean. The place itself is magnificent. You have an awesome view over the jungle and the pacific ocean. The jungle starts right behind the house and we saw many different animals like tucans and even some monkeys. You are in close distance to all important places around. Uvita is only 20 minutes away and Manuel Antonio is also accessible in 60 min. All in all we can truly recommend this place and would definitely come again. Pura Vida! - Christian G.

Loved the house and the town - Villa Roselare was a wonder destination for our family vacation. Dominical was an excellent little town with great food and a laid back vibe. There were surfers and backpackers along with families. Its proximity to Uvita and Quepos make it super convenient for excursions. The folks around town are just as you would hope, friendly and happy. The house is a few minutes south of Dominical and up a fairly steep grade. There was always a friendly security guard at the gate. You meander along a winding road in the middle of the jungle with houses sitting off to the sides here and there. Even with the houses, there is a tremendous amount of privacy. The house presents very well and the views are beautiful. I took the same camera shot from the pool deck a million times because it always looked different depending on the time of day and the placement of the rain clouds. There were toucans, monkeys and sloths. One sloth stayed in a tree near the kitchen patio off and on for days. I was not sure about the concierge service and how it worked. It appears the cost is completely built into the rental. Oscar met us upon arrival around midnight. He made sure we got in and toured the house, informing us along the way about the features. He arranged a car and several excursions like zip lining and snorkeling at Isla del Cano. He was extremely helpful. So what are the negatives? The towels and bed sheets need to be upgraded and the quantity increased. That's really about it but comfortable sheets and good towels are important. The wifi is not very fast and a little spotty. We had a shower head that stopped working. Oscar had it fixed same day. Really it is hard to be negative. It was an overall great experience and a wonderful place to stay for almost two weeks. Unforgettable Vacation! - This home was perfect for our family vacation with friends. There was just enough space for two families to enjoy each other, and have time alone when we needed it. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor areas. The view from the house is amazing! You will need a car for this property. It is on a steep hill that you have to be comfortable going up and down. There are a lot of these in Costa Rica, but the view is always worth the hike. We drove to all of our activities that included whale watching, waterfalls, rainforests, beaches and hot springs. I also highly recommend getting a chef. Johnathan meals were delicious! We had a great time, and would definitely recommend this home to other adventurous travelers. - Tracey G.

Great Vacation - The house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful!! The concierge, Oscar, was very friendly and accommodating and so was the rest of his staff. We had a few minor issues with the house initially, but Oscar got things taken care of right away. Location was fantastic. There are lots of activities in the area. Manuel Antonio National Park is close by and is well worth a visit (but you need to hire a guide). The nearby little town of Dominical is a charming small town with many decent restaurants. We went rafting, visited several local waterfalls and swim holes, the boys took surfing lessons, etc., etc. One of the highlights was actually the first night. We had a couple of birthdays to celebrate and Oscar made arrangements for a local chef to come to the house and cook dinner for us. The Chef, Christopher, prepared what was probably the best meal we had during the two weeks we stayed in Costa Rica. Highly recommended - Sven M.

Perfect family getaway! - This home perfectly met our needs for a family getaway. We were centrally located to so many adventures-water falls, surfing/boogey boarding, fishing, zip lining, guided nature walk at Manuel Antonio park. The home was a complete respite from any activity on the days we wanted privacy, quiet & rest. It had an incredible view of the Pacific Ocean from every room. We enjoyed cooking & grilling the fish we caught each night. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the hot tub & swimming pool. Oscar assisted us from the moment our reservation was confirmed. He was incredibly responsive, informative & offered endless assistance with transportation to & from the airport, a car waiting for us at the house (definitely a 4X4!), activities, answering endless questions. He cheerfully checked in on us to ensure everything was going well. We all hope to return....soon! - Ed L.

Villa Cristal in Costa Rica is AMAZING! I highly recommend! - Everything about this house is TOP NOTCH! The booking with Stewart was easy. Oscar handled all the trip details. Stewart and Oscar were very prompt with their responses to my emails. Oscar arranged a car to pick us up at the airport. Along the way, we stopped for groceries and some lunch. When we arrived at the house, Oscar met us and helped us unload the groceries and our bags. He arranged for a personal chef for 2 nights of our trip and a daily massage therapist, who arrived promptly at 10am, each morning. Oscar even had a rental car delivered to the house for us. The house was warm and inviting. The pool and the views were some of the best that we have ever seen! We had everything we needed for a fabulous week. Superior Costa Rica house - We have 6 children and have never been to Costa Rica. We picked this VRBO because of secluded location and it had a pool for the kids. We literally could not have picked a better place. The house was so modern and had everything and more that we needed. Each room had its own bathroom and the rooms are big. The kitchen was really nice and had everything we needed. There was also a cooler and umbrellas there that we took to the beach each day. That was nice!! The pool was even bigger than it looks in the pic and was so nice to get into each day. There are also nice lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool. The views were exquisite and the sunsets were beyond description. Even my children were in awe of the beauty. The house was super easy to get to and gated, which I really appreciated. Also there was a guard all night who is super friendly. The house is super close to Dominical, which is a great town for surfing and super fun to walk around. A little further south and there is another fantastic beach. The area the house is in was our favorite. We traveled a bunch and always thought that area was the best. Quepos, which is about 40 minutes north had really nice restaurants. We ate there often. Great sports bar with cheap appetizers and we got to watch the final four!! Also, Oscar was the concierge.. He met us there the night we got in at 1am. Helped us figure everything out in the house and got us situated. He also scheduled a horseback trip to the waterfalls for us which was our favorite!! Definitely recommend it!!! My kids wanted to do it twice!! You’ll find it in the book that Oscar has made for guest in the house. We did 2 fishing trips and didn’t like them. Just FYI Would we come back to this exact house ? ABSOLUTELY!! - Christy M.

Great Concierge - Oscar Sibaja our concierge did an amazing job .He meet us when we arrived late at night ,helped with the luggage and did anything we needed .He set up our tours,recommended restaurants and was there every day for us .The house was great 3 bedroom suites,well furnished and a great view of the water while nestled in the rainforest.,Seniors and others with mobility issues should be aware there are 34 steps to get up to the house.The hot tub is not heated and the pool nor the hot tub have any railings to assist with getting in or out of the pool and hot tub. Wow! Just Wow! - We actually live in Costa Rica but had some friends coming in for their very first visit to Costa Rica so we did our best to make it the vacation of a lifetime! Wow, just WOW! What a fantastic house, beautiful views, the house itself was just a delight from the pool to the bedrooms and the kitchen was fantastic, as complete as our kitchen at home. Oscar, our concierge, was super helpful extremely polite and pleasant. He checked on us almost every day to make sure things were ok, but wasn't at all intrusive. just the right amount of care. in all honesty, we could have not planned a single outing and just enjoyed the house for the 5 days we were there. Beautiful Villa Buena Vista in Gated Community - Our family of 6 stayed for the last week of December in Villa Buena Vista. The view from the villa is amazing, the villa layout is comfortable and spacious, A/C in every bedroom and two in the main area, you will never feel the heat. Expect to want to spend a lot of time in the beautiful infinity pool, it was our first activity every day and our last every night. Dominical and area is beautiful and there is lots to do and see. Oscar, the concierge is beyond helpful, he’ll respond to every email quickly and help you with everything you need for a perfect stay. Booking excursions, renting a car (you’ll need a 4x4). We also enjoyed a personal chef dinner which was delicious. Paradise Breeze shuttle service from the airport was very good, we enjoyed the ride and had a responsible and professional driver. Zip lining with Mid World also highly recommended. Definitely a place to come back to. - Tamar H.

My Idea of Paradise - Our stay at Paradise Breezes was fabulous. We stayed at Villa Encantada in November 2018. This is the end of the rainy season and start of the dry season, so we did have some rain but it never spoiled any of our plans. It was mostly at night and it was quite nice to sit and relax under the outdoor area. Our concierge Oscar was amazing and literally took care of everything. I like to make sure all details are taken care of but soon realized that I needn’t have worried as he was on top of his game. Oscar was available whenever we needed anything but never intrusive. He went out of his way on a Sunday to help us find a chiropractor when my husband hurt his back. The Dr. came right to the villa (at a very reasonable cost) and thankfully my husband was able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Everything was as promised, everything we could have needed was there (including a super blender) for tropical drinks…every utensil you could think of, a lovely welcome package, comfortable beds and lounge seating by the pool. We could not see any other villa’s so it was very private. The A/C works really well although we rarely used it because we prefer the breeze and the fans which was enough. We were visited each day by Toucans and Aracari’s at the pool. Villa Encantada was simply beautiful. From the Jurassic size front entrance door to the ocean view pool you will not be dissappointed. The drive from the main road to the villa requires 4x4 as do most in Costa Rica but it was only a 5 minute drive and you get used to it very quickly. We loved that we were only a short distance from banks, supermarkets, beaches etc. but are still in the jungle in your own paradise. All of our activities, car rental, shuttle pick ups and drop offs went smoothly and they were always on time. We took advantage of the private chef after a day of ATVing so we were very happy to have Jonathan cook a fabulous meal for us and teach us how to make the perfect Pina Colada! We also had massages by the pool which were fabulous. We can’t wait to go back and stay at Paradise Breezes and can't say enough about how excellent Oscar is. Celebrating my 50th Birthday with Friends - I recently stayed at Villa Exotica with friends. The house was perfect for our group of 7. There isn't enough that can be said about Oscar and the service he provides. He was really responsive in helping with our airport shuttle, ATV excursion, private chefs, massage services and car rental. Everything was as planned and arranged for our stay. Oscar was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle. The house is close to beaches, markets and local restaurants. Everyone was pleased with the Villa and the services that were provided. This was the perfect way to celebrate my 50th birthday. - Tanya W.

Villa Cristal is Amazing! - We had such an amazing time at Villa Cristal! Such a gorgeous house with spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful pool and hot tub. The view is amazing. The concierge, Oscar, was so helpful and accommodating! He booked all of our excursions and booked the chef to come in and cook us a couple meals. WE forgot our playpen for our daughter at the airport and when we came back from our outing he had one setup in the bedroom for us! The house is 10 minutes from Dominical with lots of restaurants and lots of places to explore. The beach is also about 5 minutes away. We went horseback riding and did a Catamaran boat trip and went to the Wildlife Sanctuary. I definitely would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Costa Rica. - Michelle M.

Beautiful home with great views - We just finished our stay at this beautiful home in Dominical. The home sits atop a steep hill in a gated community off the main coastal highway. The house has every amenity you would want in a very quiet private setting. The other three homes in the community are not even visible thanks to the dense foliage. We had total privacy here. The concierge , Oscar greeted us on arrival and was accessible by a cell phone provided by the management. We loved spending time in the pool and jacuzzi and cooking meals on the grill. The small hip surf town of Domical is minutes south of the home. We really enjoyed the Uvita ATV tour and taking surf lessons in Dominical. Be sure to talk to the surf shop owners about safe places to swim and surf as the rip tides here can be quite dangerous. Fortunately, a local lifeguard team patrols the main beach. The only activity we regretted on our vacation was the guided tour of Manuel Antonio park. The park is crowded and the tour is expensive for what you get . The best aspect of the park ( the many Howler and squirrel monkeys) are easily seen without the help of the guide. We would definitely stay here again. - Robert K.

Beautiful modern mountain home in a remote rainforest. - Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at the Villa Encantada. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen more than adequately stocked, and the quietest location on the remote side of the mountain, requiring a bit of grit driving a 4WD vehicle, well worth it for the daily visits by the toucans, whitetail deer, and wildlife rainforest night sounds. Our concierge, Oscar, booked excursions, the airport shuttle, and 4WD vehicle awaiting at the home for us. He also helped resolve questions/issues about the home promptly. - Beach Family

Spectacular Views - Wonderful Accomodations - We truly had an amazing vacation at Villa Exotica. From the moment we arrived we were swept away by this spectacular jungle retreat: the breathtaking views of the ocean, the warm affable welcome by the staff and the serene beauty of this home that is nestled in the mountains and is lovingly embraced by the jungle around it, this is a place that builds lasting memories. Evenings were spent together as a family, sipping cocktails in the infinity pool, watching the sunset slowly over the Pacific ocean while the jungle sounds changed from the distant calls of the howler monkeys to the mating calls of the toads as they settled in for the night. The staff's attention to guests at this home is impeccable. The house was very clean and the housekeeping service was avilable when we needed. Also, we felt very grateful for the welcome gift and for the concierge's attention to our needs at any time when booking activities and services. There was an unexpected situation, but the property manager acted inmediately to offer a solution. An unforgettable vacation in a fantastic home with every luxury you will ever need. Wonderful views. Superb, quiet location. Excellent accommodations. Exceptional concierge! - We loved our stay at Villa Exotica. We spent 8 days there in April 2018. The pictures don't do the place justice. We loved the privacy and seclusion. Oscar, the concierge, was extremely accommodating with booking adventures and taking care of every detail of our stay with ease. All of the rooms were very nice and the kitchen was fully stocked - including a welcome basket of fruits. The kitchen is big enough to make meals if you don't always want to go out. The bedrooms all have fans and AC units. The whole house was comfortable even though it was 90 just about every day. The pool area is very relaxing. We also used the grill a couple of times and it was spotless. We recommend getting a private chef for at least one night. It was so nice to have food waiting for us upon our arrival. You will definitely need a 4X4 to get up portions of the driveway, but most of the roads nearby are easily accessible by car. This place is only a few minutes from Dominical which is a great surfing village with neat shops and excellent food options. You can have Adobe car rental drop off and pick up your vehicle right at the house, which is very convenient! Definitely take advantage of the services provided by Paradise Breezes. We did horseback riding, zip lining, surfing, in-room massages and a few tours. Having a concierge makes all of the difference. You will get set up with the best tours and best values - versus trying to figure it all out on your own if you are not familiar with the area. Drive south to Uvita as well, there are a ton of cool places to explore and we only scratched the surface. But some of our best moments and most relaxing times were spent just hanging out on the terrace taking in the breathtaking views of the Pacific. We had toucans and other birds entertain us for hours on end. It was tough to leave and come back to reality (aka Winter)! - Greg B.

Great Time at Dominicalito - Staying at Villa Diamante was a more than getaway, it completely exceeded any expectations I may have had. Our villa overlooking the ocean was a highlight of my stay. Falling asleep to the serene sound of the waves and oceanlife and waking to the sunrise across the Pacific while having coffee on the deck was a rejunvitating start to my mornings. The accomidations were stellar--I especially enjoyed having my own private bathroom! If you plan on staying in Dominicalito, I highly recommend this spectacular place. - Florence B.

Excellent place, secluded location, lush greenery. - The property is well secluded in a private gated development of an enormous size. As for right now, the other nearest building is 2 kilometers away from the house. The house is an architectural marvel, modern design is well blended into the surroundings. The pool is great, you may enjoy nature viewing right from the water. Bird's life is remarkable here. We also enjoyed watching a sloth traveling through the property for three days. The property manager Oscar is extremely friendly and helpful, he speaks good English and always just a phone call away for help, if needed. - Ivan K.

Amazing Time - Pictures don't do justice to this amazing place. The view as spectacular and the breeze coming in off the ocean was wonderful. I miss being there already. The Concierge, the nicest person you could ever want to meet . He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This property and location are amazing! - We have just returned from Dominical and our experience was AMAZING! The house is wonderful and the staff amazing. This place is a little piece of heaven and none of us wanted to leave! Oscar in particular made our experience amazing and helped all through the process. The view is exceptional, the house is true to the pictures. Pool is amazing. The driveway is very steep so best to have a 4 wheel drive or a vehicle with some power. Can't wait to go back and stay again! - As soon as we reached the property, we absolutely loved it! Better than the pictures, the views are amazing in the morning and when the sun goes down. Huge outdoor living space, with a very nice BBQ grill. The concierge was very helpful when we needed something, housekeeping was every other day at the house cleaning spotless. Perfect location, amazing views, attentive concierge - Our family of four, including two teenage girls, visited here for a week over Spring Break. We'd been to the Dominical area before and enjoyed it a great deal, but this was the first time we'd stayed at this property. We will be back. The house is only a few minutes outside of Dominical, so it was a quick jaunt into town for dinner or other activities. It's far enough up the hill, though, to provide quiet and an incredible westward view toward the water and sunset. Toucans occupied the poolside trees in the afternoons, and one evening a porcupine unconcernedly waddled by. Between morning activities and evening meals, we spread out across the house, its patios, and the pool for a few hours of daily afternoon downtime. We enjoyed plenty of space and quickly settled into our individual happy spots. Although we did not prepare any meals other than fresh smoothies and an occasional omelet, we easily could have. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would have needed, and a huge bowl of fruit, coffee, and wine welcomed our arrival. The three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, held comfortable beds and linens. The rooms were nicely designed and spread out, so we had plenty of solitude and privacy at night. In addition to satellite TV, the owners provided a remarkable DVD library. Our teenagers appreciated the speedy wifi. The support staff did an outstanding job. Oscar, a delightful concierge, was a big help booking a number of activities and dinner reservations. He checked in with us a couple of weeks before we arrived and followed up as our travel date approached. When, at the last-minute, our flight into Quepos was cancelled, he quickly booked us a van to drive us straight to the house from San Jose, and arranged to have our rental SUV waiting at the house for us. Once we arrived, he checked in each day to see what we might need. The landscaping, pool, and housekeeping staff kept the place spotless. The next time we're planning a Costa Rica trip, Villa Pacifica's availability calendar will be my first stop. It's a fantastic home and a stress-free vacation rental. - Kevin S.

Thumbs up for Paradise Breezes - My family of 4 truly enjoyed our week at the house. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Our typical day (me, wife and two 15 year old girls) was a drive to visit the sites/excursions, and then end up in the pool for a late afternoon/early evening swim. I was a little concerned about renting a car and driving in CR, but it was absolutely no problem at all. We chose to have the PB van pick us up in San Jose, and have the rental car delivered to the house. This was a low stress, good move for our first day in CR. Oscar, the concierge, is on top of things and was a great help. He arranged all of our activities prior to our arrival, so all we had to do was show up. Besides the airport pick up and rental car, he arranged zip lining, horseback riding, massage/spa, and the private chef. We truly enjoyed everything we did, and loved the beauty of CR. - Karl B.

Amazing from start to finish - Not many times you can say the pictures don't do it justice, but they don't. We rented Villa Crystal and stayed from March 31st to April 7th. 3 master bedrooms with attached master bath. The pool was phenomenal! The views breathtaking! Some friends of ours rented Buena Vista. We had an amazing time! Oscar took fantastic care of us. We did a zipline tour with midworldadventures.com on his recommendation. It was beyond our expectations. We had a personal chef come in one night, and she cooked a meal that we will be talking about for years! What an amazing place. We want to get back there as soon as we can. - Justin C.

Beyond our expectations - Everything was amazing. I just could not believe the view form our villa. The manager was so nice and we even have a personal iphone! the villa was beautiful with everything in perfect conditions. We have everything we needed and even more. They received us with a welcoming basket that was delicious! It was so calmed. we saw like 15 toucans and the beaches around were just amazing. I used to love Manuel Antonio but Dominical and Uvita with Bahia Ballena just took the first place. I wanted to stay forever! The restaurant just beside the Paradise Breeze Villas is delicious!!! A Perfect Home for an Unbelievable Vacation - Overall, I'd describe this home as better than expected. A/C worked well throughout the home, furniture/beds were comfortable & in great condition, WiFi worked well enough to support all 8 of us (including 4 teens/children). The swimming pool & jacuzzi was cleaned each morning, along with the inside of the home. We honestly didn't NEED any special support or help coordinating activities from the Staff following our welcome/arrival, but I'm confident that Oscar & others would have accommodated any requests. During our week, we were surrounded by toucans, iguana, and hummingbirds, every minute we sat on our porches/patio. While drinking coffee one morning, a troop of 40+ monkeys (Capuchin) paraded through the trees surrounding us for 30 minutes. First time to the Dominical area, and our two families with recent comparable vacations in Hawaii, Belize, and several Caribbean islands) thouroughly enjoyed this vacation (arguably, "the best"). I would highly recommend having your own car at this property. Several beaches, restaurants, waterfalls, etc. are within a 15 minute drive, but nothing is safely "walkable". Our families had a great time taking surf lessons & renting boogie boards at Dominical beach, and HIGHLY recommend the 6 hour long "Eco-Chontales Waterfall ATV Tour" based in Dominical that heads out to The popular (and much more "touristy") town of Quepos adjacent to Manuel Antonio park is <40 minute drive from this home along the main, paved highway. We headed there twice during our week stay (once for a Park Tour & Beach day, and a return for a Catamaran Cruise), and all of us our glad that we chose the Paradise Breeze location as the base for our vacation. Only advice to others is patience/awareness of the significant drive time from SJO (=3 "easy" hours with nice scenery... if all roads are open, and it's light out... once the sun sets- which occurs around 6:00 PM- travel progress will likely slow). One of the major highways was closed due to an accident on the day we returned to the airport- Google Maps/Waze on a cell phone was extremely helpful, and we found our way back to the airport in 4 hours on that long day. AT&T & Verizon based iPhones worked fine for us throughout Costa Rica with appropriate International Data plans activated. - Matt S.

Awesome Home & Ocean View - This home is spectacular! It is so well appointed, we felt like it was our home away from home immediately. When we arrived it was very clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen had all the modern conveniences allowing us to conveniently cook and serve many of our meals. The bedrooms were bright and comfortable. The view of the Pacific Ocean from the back patio and infinity pool was absolutely incredible; the sunsets were awesome. We had howler monkeys in the side yard one evening and a pair of Toucans nesting in a tree above the home. Impressive Villa - We stayed for 10 days here and each day that we were there, we realized more and more how special this place truly is. Beautiful home with clean, refreshing pool. Really enjoyed the birds and monkeys in nearby trees. Very close to secluded beach, with no one in sight for miles. And the little surf town of Dominical is only a few minute drive away, and other even quieter beaches minutes away as well. Dominicalito was a great beach for our little ones to splash in the waves and run / crawl around. I seriously can't even express how special this place is. You have to experience it to believe it. Can't wait to go back! - We spent a week here on a work trip so actually used the house as our base and office. The house is exactly as described- with a great view and clise to Dominical. We had great communication with the management company including directions and were happy to meet our concierge, Oscar, who showed us around and answered any questions. Every one of the staff we encountered (once or twice during our stay) from Oscar to our cleaning lady and the gardener were friendly, professional and so respectful of our privacy. It is a steep dirt road up to the house as to be expected in Costa Rica and the views are amazing. We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and dining area as we could watch and enjoy the birds every morning while working. There are plenty of toucans about and a coati and agouti. The house was clean with great AC in the rooms, the pool was amazingly clean and the gardens well kept. We appreciated the laundry room and the wifi was good. We didn't miss TV at all. We would recommend this place to anyone and can't wait to come back. - Bianca F.

Maison luxueuse avec une vue magnifique de la mer et du coucher de soleil sur le pacigique - Entourée de la faune et de la flore tropicale de la région, la résidence était spacieuse et bien équipée pour notre famille de 6 adultes, 3 grandes chambres avec salle de bain privée, deux espaces salons et une grande cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La terrasse avec sa piscine était particulièrement appréciée après les randonnées. Tout le personnel était dévoué pour nous permettre de profiter de notre séjour. Une mention spéciale à Oscar le concierge pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité. La région de Dominical-Uvita permet de nombreuses explorations et cette résidence luxueuse était le point de chute idéal, juste assez isolée de la route principale tout en étant facile d’accès. Une magnifique plage sauvage est à quelques minutes en voiture. Sans parler de nos visiteurs animaliers tels les toucans, pavones grande, oiseaux-mouches, buses, tayra etc. C’est un petit paradis dont j’hésitais à donner l’adresse mais il me faut le faire pour nos hôtes qui nous ont si bien reçus. - Danielle B.

Great Family Stay at Villa Encantada! - 3rd trip to CR, and 2nd to the Southern Region of CR was terrific. This Villa is accurately portrayed in its photos and is a great house for anyone, including young kids like ours, to enjoy. While it is a trek from either San Jose or Liberia to get to this region (either plane or we have driven), we have done this twice and it is well worth it if you are looking for luxury, but not in a high rise or resort community manner. The Villa is tucked back in foothills with Ocean views, daily visits from Toucan's/Aracari's/Parrots await. House is in a gated development and well taken care of by Oscar and Paradise Breeze mgmt. We had a terrific chef in Christopher for a few days as well, which I'd recommend to enjoy the evening view and kick back (Closest restaurants/grocery store are less than a 10 min drive). Ballena Bistro for lunch is a must as food is spectacular (south of Uvita). La Parcela a great spot with a view and very close. 4 wheel drive key as most homes are up steep dirt roads and but Villa Encantada not too far off highway (check if you are looking at other homes as some are way up the hills). Activities are endless. We walked the beautiful beaches, snorkeled with reef sharks, jumped off waterfalls, rode horseback, caught a 500lb Black Marlin and two sailfish (all released!)...all in 1 week. And we were just in one small part of this beautiful country. - Neil R.

Great Time-Wonderful Place - We rented Villa Don Pedro for 3 weeks. The villa is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. The private pool was the icing on the cake! I loved the maid service and all the help from our concierge to make our stay enjoyable. The concierge gave us lots of helpful advice about the area that we used in planning our day trips and even made sure we had good Costa Rica coffee in our welcome basket. Absolutely Beautiful Villa in an AMAZING setting! - We went to Costa Rica for the first time with our entire family. We had a wonderful time! The Villa is exactly as pictured! It is beautiful and well maintained. The views out the windows are incredible and every night the sunset was breathtaking. We enjoyed the personal chef service. Christian and Chris were awesome and cooked exactly the meal that we ordered! We did the canopy zip line tour and it was so much fun! We went to the Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary. The staff was very knowledgeable and we saw many animals, as well as wild monkeys that came to visit! We did the horseback ride to Nauyaca Waterfalls. This is a must do! It is so beautiful and the ride is really fun! Make sure you bring gym shoes with you because Dominical is very mountainous and there are many uneven areas when doing any of the adventurous sports! I also brought bug spray with because of the threat of Zica. We did not see any mosquitos though. Oscar was wonderful! He was extremely attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had, drove us to town and also helped us find a pharmacy after I took a tumble down some stairs. All the restaurants we went to were wonderful. We loved visiting the coffe shop in Dominical and enjoying the quiet of the river every morning. I highly recommend a vacation to Costa Rica and staying at any of the villas in Paradise Breezes will be worth it. They are all beautiful and all have incrediable views! Beautiful property - My friend and I stayed at Villa Roselare from February 2 to February 19, 2018. The Villa is big and has a wonderful infinity pool with gorgeous sunsets. Fiery-billed Aracaris and Keel-billed Toucans visited the property every day. At the back of the house we saw capuchin monkeys and howler monkeys. We had a visit from an iguana and also a coati in the banana tree. The concierge service is the best we’ve ever had! Oscar, our concierge, met us the first day on our arrival and familiarized us with the property and was extremely helpful during our entire stay. He arranged to have our rental car at the property on our arrival and also arranged for the shuttle to pick us up and return us to the airport. We booked several excursions through our concierge and we were thoroughly satisfied - ATV tour; horseback riding; zip lining and a tour of Manuel Antonio National Park. You do need a 4x4 rental car as the roads off the highway and to the Villa require it due to steep, dirt roads which we loved. You don’t really need a GPS since Oscar provides you with maps specifically designed for your purposes. The owner of Paradise Management Services, Esteban, also paid us a visit. Esteban and Oscar will ensure that your stay is an excellent one! This is a gated community of approximately 5-6 homes. The security people are excellent and at your disposal 24/7. We were very safe. We did not encounter any problems while in Costa Rica. What a beautiful country with wonderful people! We had a couple of concerns - the Internet can be intermittent or non- existent at times; there were a number of millipedes in the two downstairs’ bedrooms which I swept up every day! Since I was sleeping in one of those bedrooms it was less than satisfactory but I got used to it. Apparently they are found frequently in homes in Costa Rica. Oscar was going to have the fumigators come on a more frequent basis. The air conditioning in every part of the home is a welcome addition after a hot and humid day and the pool was warm and refreshing looking out onto the ocean below. To the owner - we have rented many homes all over the world. Your home is lovely. Some areas are in need of updating and the linens, pillows, blankets and towels need to be upgraded. It would also be nice to have some beach amenities such as chairs etc. to bring to the beach. We did enjoy our stay in your Villa. Many thanks to Oscar, the concierge, for your attentiveness! Villa Cristal...heavenly! - Our return trip to this slice of heaven did not disappoint! My husband and I and our 4 children had a Christmas holiday that will be remembered forever. Our children range in age from 17 to 24. The beautiful home, the majestic scenery and the attentive and professional concierge team, Emanuel and Oscar, made our stay at Paradise Breezes perfect in every way. Renting a car is a must to tour to the many beaches and waterfalls in the area. Breathtaking to say the least. The food at the charming local restaurants is delicious. Ask about the Happy Lobster, Jolly Roger and don't forget to try the Cantina at the bottom of the lane into Paradise Breezes. The tours recommended on the Paradise Breezes website are well worth the money. Last year we went zip lining, spectacular. This year my daughter and I went horseback riding and enjoyed the beautiful horses, swimming and jumping into the falls and the food. A great value! My husband and 3 sons rented off road motorcycles and toured many of the nearby trails through the jungle and beaches. We will be back! - Andrea W.

Truly a paradise! - A gorgeous home overlooking the ocean! Our family of 6 had the most amazing Christmas vacation and we will definitely be back. The attention of the staff of Paradise Breezes was nothing short of exceptional from the moment we made our reservation. This luxury retreat is the perfect place to unwind and also explore the surrounding mountains/jungles/beaches and towns. Although the pictures of this Villa were stunning, it is even more beautiful in real life. A place that must be seen. We would highly recommend this property to our family and friends. There are many excellent restaurants in the area ranging from fine steak and seafood houses to quaint restaurants that offer more locally inspired dishes (our favorite). Pictures Don't Do Justice - Like everything else that is beautiful in Costa Rica - pictures do not do this place justice. The house is amazing. It is very well built and has all the amenities you could need. The beach is beautiful and this is one of the few places available to rent that is on the beach. You are very close to the highway so you can hear the compression brakes of the trucks, but if the windows are closed you can’t really hear them. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience in an absolutely stunning home in Costa Rica that will create a lifetime of good memories, do yourself a favor and book this property. Amazing! - Where to start? It was so truly amazing, it's hard to put it into words! The views were spectacular, the furnishings were beautiful, the pool was mesmerizing, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed 7 nights with 8 adults and never felt crowded. The location could not have been more perfect. A short drive south to Dominical or Uvita or a short drive north to Manuel Antonio or Quepos. Yet, it felt secluded and private. Oscar (our concierge) was easily contacted and available for any and all questions and requests. He set us up with a private chef for our son's 30th birthday dinner and it was out of this world! I can't say enough about this truly stunning property...I wish I was there now! - Anita G.

Peaceful privacy yet in proximity to other things - If you’re looking for a place to stumble back to after a night of partying in the crowded and noisy night club next door, this is NOT the place for you! On the other hand, if you are looking for a beautiful, quite, and private home ON THE BEACH, put this one at the top of your list. The pictures and description of the home are exactly representative of the home except that the owner and staff had a pool installed on the property prior to our arrival! This is a perfect place for a couple or two (or small family) to truly enjoy and internalize “Pura Vida”, the pure life of Costa Rica. This casa is located in a less touristy, less commercialized area of the country, though sightseeing opportunities abound. Most of our days were spent getting to know the area through “turns of opportunity” along the west central coast and through the jungles. We organized some horseback riding with the assistance of the owner: Our caballero rode down the beach to Casa Mango Morado with two horses tethered and one 2-month old stallion colt running freely along! We rode 6 km down the beach and while passing numerous turtle nesting areas and beautiful ocean vistas, we only passed two people. Our ride then took us to the mangroves and a stroll back on a path where the jungle meets the ocean. We saw 5 sloths, a black eagle, and numerous other colorful birds. What a great adventure! The casa is very comfortably appointed and the kitchen area is very nicely fit out. There is a convenience store a short walk down the beach or by car on the gravel road. A “proper” grocery store is found a short bit south near Dominical. Our favorite restaurant (that we visited multiple times) is only about 2 km from the casa, right on the coastal highway. The casa is air conditioned in zones but we didn’t use it at all. We preferred to sleep in the ocean side room with the windows open enjoying the sounds of the pounding surf while it lulled us to sleep. Be forewarned though that if you sleep with the windows open you may be awoken in the morning…there was a troop of at least a dozen capuchin monkey’s that regularly traverse though the property, tree to tree ;-) The owner permitted us to pick limes from the tree on the property for our refreshing beverages and cocktails. I suspect that if we desired, we would have been welcome to coconuts too. I could keep going on about the virtues of the property, owner, and staff, but I think you get the message: This is a great place! - Michael W.

What an awesome place! - The place is amazing! It is a secured environment with everything that you need for a perfect vacation. Just stop by the supermarket to get what you need and enjoy your time in paradise. The villa has all the amenities you may need: hot water, hair dryers, microwave, dishwasher, full laundry, gas BBQ, private pool, you name it! If you don't want to cook there are great places to eat just 10 minutes away, so just relax and enjoy. Luxury Villas tucked away in the Jungle - This was our 3rd stay at Villa Encantada and our 7th at Paradise Breezes. What can I say... we love it there! The accommodations are superb, the staff is attentive and wildlife is truly amazing. If you go in the rainy season and book an extended period of time, it's a good deal too. We've been going to Costa Rica for over 10 years now, on over 15 trips, and I'm so glad Ivannia turned us on to PB. What made this stay so special is that Carla and I we able to just relax. We've found that we're always playing tour guide for our friends and family when we're down there. This time, we were able to spend a lot of time at the house and observe the wildlife. This year we had a sloth that appeared in the patio tree on 4 or 5 days and a plethora of frogs, toucans, and araucarias. I was hiking the road frequently (in case you wonder, it's 1.2 miles to the main gates at the highway) and saw quite a few packs of white-faced Monkies on numerous occasions. On a prior stay, we had 100's of parrots in the trees each day. You never know what to expect - every day is an adventure. The location of PB is ideal, just off the main highway and only 10 minutes from Dominical for restaurants, bars, and of course the beach. Close enough to Manuel Antonio, yet far enough away that you don't feel you're surrounded by thousands of tourists like you do there. One of the reasons Villa Encantada is our favorite is that it's tucked away in the jungle, you literally cannot see another building from anywhere on the property. The sounds of the jungle are amazing, birds, crickets and frogs. So soothing and relaxing - that Pura Vida thing again. I also surprised Carla for her birthday, with a visit from her daughter Amy. Oscar took care of all the details and made that happen with little effort on my part. We didn't go on many excursions this year but did go on the ATV tour through the mountains over Uvita in the rain and mud. At first, we were not happy campers. But once we stopped for some hot coffee (and had a few sips of the owner's private moonshine), it turned into the highlight of the trip. If this is your first visit to Costa Rica, I recommend a week on the Pacific Coast and a week in the Arenal area, if you can. Villa Encantada at Paradise Breezes is my first choice. Villa Pacifico is a good 2nd choice with amazing sunset views. In Arenal, I recommend Arenal Springs Resort (not "The Springs"). - Jeffrey R.

Amazing Stay - We can not say enough about Villa Cristal and Paradise Breezes. From the moment Oscar greeted us at our villa to the minute we left, everything was first rate. The house was beautiful, with views of the ocean and white capped-waves from almost every room. My family and I would relax every morning and evening on the patio or in the jacuzzi. The staff is unbelievable. Esteban took care of all of the details before our stay. Oscar went above and beyond to assist us in anything we asked. He was amazing!!! The vacation of a lifetime! - Having spent several weeks scouring sites and reviews for vacation rentals in the Quepo-Dominical-Uvita area, I eventually settled on the Villa Exotica at Paradise Breezes, just outside of Dominical, and my family and I were thrilled with the choice, for everything about the Villa Exotica and Paradise Breezes exceeded our most audacious expectations. Equipped with every conceivable amenity, augmented by a welcome basket of fruits, etc., thoughtfully prepared for us by Oscar, our wonderful concierge, the Villa Exotica was beyond breathtaking. Air conditioned throughout, with four bedrooms, each with magnificently comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms, and tv’s, it easily and comfortably accommodated our party of six--my wife and I, our son and his wife, and their two young children—and the completely equipped kitchen enabled us to cook with ease when we were not exploring Dominical’s culinary scene. The Villa Exotica is ensconced in a lush verdant setting, including daily visits by a friendly iguana, and offers a glorious view of the Pacific, especially at sunset. Worthy of special mention are the Jacuzzi and the infinity pool, of which we made such use that the latter was a joyful family gathering point most afternoons. I would be remiss if I did not extend hearty kudos to Oscar, our concierge. Thoughtful, friendly, and exemplarily professional, he responded to numerous emails prior to our visit, organized an unforgettable tour of Manuel Antonio Parque Nacional, recommended safe local beaches and excellent restaurants (and a special shout-out to Langostina Feliz for an amazing culinary experience), and made all the arrangements for a dinner in the Villa prepared by two consummately gifted chefs, Brandon and Carlos. Indeed, we unanimously agreed that the appetizers, entrées, and desserts prepared and served by the chefs, along with a birthday cake for my son, constituted one of the greatest meals we had ever had. Finally, Paradise Breezes itself is a gated community patrolled at night by the vigilant Donald, so safety was never a concern. My family joins me in thanking Paradise Breezes and Oscar for making our week at the stunning Villa Exotica truly the vacation of a lifetime! We cannot wait to return! Pura Vida! - Barry F.

Paradise Indeed!! - My family and I just spent 9 fabulous nights in Paradise Breezes, we rented Villa Cristal and immediately fell in love with it's charm and high end feel. We were greeted by the personal concierge Oscar who made sure everything ran smoothly, just like we planned prior to our arrival. The management company does a great job of outlining all the possible activities, coordinating shuttle service and even having rental cars ready at the villa upon arrival. All these details were key in making sure our stay was as pleasant as could be. They even provided us with a welcome basket full of fruit and delicious Costa Rican coffee! The rooms were all very well appointed and the kitchen fully stocked, we love cooking so made many of our meals right at home. The supermarket in town is only a 5 minute drive and is very well stocked. Our boys 6 and 8 when not out exploring the many activities coordinated by Oscar (kayaking, zip lining, waterfall hikes, and surfing) spent most of their time in the pool. It was great being able to stay in a place where you had so much privacy and felt at home. Whenever we did need anything addressed in the house Oscar was quick to reply on the personal phone provided for their guests and handled immediately. We truly felt like 9 days were not enough to enjoy what Dominical had to offer and we hope to return very soon. - Maggie K

What a wonderful experience! - Wow! We loved our experience at this property. We can't say enough about how peaceful and beautiful this location is for a true vacation. Everything was clean and the daily maid service kept it that way. We loved working with Oscar. He helped us plan and schedule activities and took such good care of us. In fact, when my daughter got stung by a sting ray at the beach, my husband called him and he turned on the hot tub so that the water would be really warm when we arrived (hot water really helps with the pain.) He took the time to show us a sloth and brought a large beetle over for us to see. We loved the activities he arranged for us, kayaking, zip lining and canyoning. Amazingly beautiful, Secluded Villa - If you are looking for a "one of a kind" villa in the rainforest, this is it! The home itself is absolutely beautiful and unique, with portions of the house completely open to the outside. The wifi worked great, as did the washer/dryer. This villa really has all the comforts of home!! You can hear the animals chattering away at night and there is no question that you are far away from home! We were visited by frogs, toads, lizards, birds, insects and coati. The property surrounding the villa is beautiful and so secluded. You have the impression that you are in the middle of nowhere - no other people or homes can be seen or heard. In reality, you are only a short drive to Dominical Beach with tons of restaurants, shops and things to do. Before our arrival, we were contacted by Oscar who was so welcoming and easy to talk to. He answered any and all of our questions and really welcomed us to Costa Rica. He arranged all of our tours and provided us with driving instructions to each location. There was fresh fruit, cereal, coffee and milk ready for us when we arrived. We had a little problem with the air conditioning unit and Oscar arranged to have it fixed within minutes. We did the jungle atv tour, the river rafting trip, and the Cano island snorkling tour. I would absolutely recommend each tour. Every guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious that they are so proud of their country and truly love their jobs. I would recommend this villa to anyone coming to Costa Rica. You definitely need an SUV to access this property and the drive to get to the home from the gated entrance to the paradise breezes complex is intimidating, at first. There are a lot of steep turns and inclines on unpaved roads, but as long as you have a 4x4 you will be fine!! We scheduled a massage with Raquel upon our arrival and it was great! She was a great massage therapist and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and able to relax. Highly recommend!! - Shannon G.

Beautiful home in the jungle - We loved our stay at Villa Encantada. The home is full of anything you will need for a jungle retreat. Beautiful view, full kitchen, towels, poolside rafts and chairs and a lovely staff with Paradise Breeze - Oscar that can get you anything you need. More remote than the hotel heavy areas, this is a more private and relaxed way to experience Costa Rica's central pacific coast. Favorites were the ATV tour, snorkeling catamaran sailing cruise, Manuel Antonio park (get a guide- worth it) After ATV tour- get lunch at Road house- next door- amazing gourmet sandwiches- a big surprise. Happy Lobster was a favorite, as well as PorQue No for views and fish tacos. We had Christopher the chef come 2 nights and the food was amazing- he did cook large quantities so we ended up with 2 nights of left overs- bonus but recommend planning on that. Definitely need 4x4 car! Take that seriously. Great retreat to relax and enjoy the view and sounds of the jungle in between activities. Service is top rate. Wonderful Villa with Gorgeous Ocean View - I wanted to rent a nice place up in the mountain with ocean view for my boyfriend's birthday... I contacted Paradise Breeze since they have several nice options in Dominical and Uvita area. Esteban was great and offered me what I thought was beautiful and perfect for the occasion. As soon as we arrive, it was more than what I had expected. A really well built, gorgeous Villa with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. I was so happy and surprised I booked something beyond expectations. The infinity pool, the stone walls, the bathroom and the kitchen, everything was beautiful in its own way! Luxurious with great panoramic views, and friendly and helpful staff - Paradise Breezes! What a place!! This is a beautiful well maintained property where we spent ten wonderful days with our family of four adults and two teenagers during Spring Break. We stayed in the luxurious Villa Exotica, a private large four bed room luxury villa with the most comfortable beds. Villa Exotica has a high end well equipped kitchen which we used to cook several dinners in, and many of our breakfast meals. There is also a large gas grill on the pool patio where we grilled and relaxed by the infinity pool and hot tub. Groceries are a short trip down the road in Domical just outside the beach town center. There are many restaurants in the area to eat out, and we enjoyed dinner at Phat Noodle (a very neat outdoor place with a converted colorful RV as the kitchen), coffee and interesting delicious food choices at Café Mono Congo, milkshakes and cinnamon buns at Café Delicias, and the best take-out pizza from Rio Lindo Hotel Pool Bar, all in Dominical. During our stay we rented surf boards, and surfed every day at multiple beach locations depending on the wave heights. Most of the beaches are tree lined, and we purchased a hammock from a local vendor which mom spent the week relaxing in. A short drive from our villa we visited Nauyaca Waterfalls, which was an amazing experience including the five-mile hike from where we parked, and swimming in the natural pool at the bottom of the falls. During our hike to the falls we saw several monkeys, and two large red macaw parrots. We original planned to do the zip line and ATV tours, but our experience at the beaches and relaxing by the Infinity pool and hot tub, made it hard to do anything else. The property is well landscaped, and right at our villa we saw several toucans, many bird species, and a sloth and her baby. Oscar (the property manager and our concierge during our stay) and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and you can tell from the day you meet them they take pride in what they do. Oscar even helped plan our trip communicating with us several times well before our arrival. I would highly recommend this luxurious villa community to anyone planning to visit the beautiful Central Pacific region of Costa Rica, wanting to experience the Pura Vida life style. While there is much to do in the area, our time was spent mainly surfing, hanging at the beaches, and relaxing at the villa since it was so comfortable and peaceful. Pura Vida!! - Beth R.

Wonderful Property (inside and outside) - We (2 couples, and a child) enjoyed our 5 night stay in Dec 2016. We found the villa to be even more impressive than the pictures; which is saying a lot as the pictures do show a very nice place. Highlights: - Some prior reviews note the lack of A/C in the common living area. This is no longer the case, an A/C has been added and it was more than adequate while we were there (daytime highs of approximately 85 degrees Fahrenheit) and the space cooled down quickly. - Outdoor space is excellent. - Sunset views are not to be missed. - Concierge was quick to respond with an answer to the couple of questions that came up during our stay. - Mark B.

Wonderful accommodation and staff! - Our family of 4 stayed at villa Exotica for 1 week. The villa was beautiful, very spacious and clean with an awesome view of the surrounding lush landscape and Pacific Ocean. Oscar, our concierge, was excellent and took care of our every need. He really made us feel welcome and made sure we enjoyed every minute. A few things needed minor attention in the house and he took care of it immediately and was on call well into the evening. A Week of Bliss - The house, the view, the pool, the location ... They are all perfect. It is a great place to relax, sit back and enjoy nature. The pool is a wonderful addition, especially when it is hot and humid, which was while we were there. The location is perfect. There is a view from every place in the house and the restaurants in the area are quite good: Thai, Mexican, and the BEST chicken wings I have ever had (better than in Buffalo NY!). Pure Paradise! - We are all immensely overwhelmed with our experience visiting Costa Rica and staying at Villa Exotica. The villa is spacious, bright, modern and is located in the most ideal location - in the midst of the exotic forest yet positioned in such a way where you are gifted the view of the ocean waves crashing the shore forward in the horizon. The wrap around terraces, the hot tub, the beautifully crafted lounge pool area - are just a few amazing features of this villa. The concierge service was beyond helpful and catered to all our needs - which at times wasn't easy with such a large group of people - however Oscar and Esteban went above and beyond their duty to make our stay super comfortable. Exceptional Stay - My family and friends had an exceptional stay with Paradise Breezes at Villa Encantada. The house was well maintained and appointed with beautiful view to the ocean and the surrounding rain forest. We loved waking up to our visiting Toucans and the almost daily visit of a Blue Morpho Butterfly. The Howler Monkeys although not seen were heard almost every day. Oscar and the other hosts from Paradise Breezes made our stay easy and uncomplicated. They were joyous to have around and excited about our visit. They took care of numerous details for us including the arrangement of cars and tours thereby freeing our time to enjoy our time in beautiful Costa Rica! They provided an immeasurable service. I would not hesitate to visit again and again. The house is architecturally beautiful and the pool is pristine. Spectacular vistas, beautiful home! - Our expectations were exceeded. Plenty of space for our family of five (3 adult children). Spent lots of time in the pool enjoying the view. Unforgetable! - We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We were a large group and at no time did we feel crowded or uncomfortable. The view from every room in the house was spectacular! Every morning we awoke early to listen to the sounds of the jungle and watch for Toucans. In the evening we all took time out to experience the sunset. Beautiful home with awesome views just a short distance from beach! - This fantastic house is just south of Dominical (about a 10 minute drive) and only 3 or 4 minutes from Dominicalito, a great swimming and surfing beach. Just a short drive down to Uvita. The views from the infinity pool are incredible and you'll not want to leave the house. Also, it's located in a gated community. Villa Exotica was more than we expected. - We were a group of four couples that have travelled to many locations. All of us said how smoothly our experience went. The property was all as it was described, and our questions were answered promptly by Esteban and Oscar. We dealt with Emmanuel and even when he moved on to another job the day we arrived Esteban was there to greet us. Beautiful spot, you do need a car and we highly recommend using the shuttle service to get from and to the airport. There are many activities in the area or just relax at the villa. Honestly we can't say enough, want to visit again. Recommend also letting the concierge arrange car rental, they delivered cars to our door, saves you time. Any restaurant we ate at was good. Enjoyed restaurant at the gate of Paradise Breezes, good price and close to villa. Went walking in area and felt safe also met nice neighbors. View of ocean and sunset was spectacular from villa. We loved it ! - We (party of 7 ages 22-58) truly enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The house is well maintained, well equipped (inside and out) and the grounds are just beautiful. While we felt secluded and secure, we were also quite close to beautiful beaches and parks, good restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely consider going back to Paradise Breezes. Wonderful villa with amazing outdoor space and views - We (4 adults, 1 child) thoroughly enjoyed our time here. House was in very good condition and well decorated. The outdoor space is terrific, relax in a lounge chair, hammock or the pool and enjoy wonderful views. An AC was added to the main living area (TV, dining table, kitchen) somewhat recently and we found the temperatures to be very comfortable and quick to cool down during our stay which included daytime high temperatures around 85 Fahrenheit. Concierge was quick to help with the couple of questions/requests we had during our stay. If renting your own vehicle, would recommend 4 wheel drive. - Madison

Even better than we expected! - This house is very nice- it was nicer than the pictures can even capture. Impeccable details, clean, and larger than we thought. Easy 3-hour drive from San Juan airport, with pretty and quiet beaches nearby. The highlights: Outdoor living space- cooking outdoors and then dining on the terrace overlooking the ocean made each and every meal so enjoyable. The pool- it is clean and secluded. Gets great sunlight during the day and is set up with lights to glow for a late night swim. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was key- didn't realize how much we wanted that till we got there in the heat. The view- every sunset is spectacular from every single space in the house. We highly recommend renting, actually it is absolutely necessary, a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up the hill to the house. We saw two beautiful toucans each day hanging out by our pool in the trees. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, grill, blend pina coladas, and make coffee. Fabulously beautiful house right in the rain forest - First off I cannot say enough good things about Emanuel and the folks that run Paradise Breezes. They strike the perfect balance between being unobtrusive but always available and there when you need them. From helping with arrivals and departures to events and the house Emanuel was always there, friendly and smiling. The Villa Encantada itself is a jaw-droppingly beautiful house right in the jungle. You can't see another house just the jungle and the sea. It's well furnished and very well stocked. Our only mild complaint was that the inner part of the house (hall ways) are open to the jungle so you need to keep all internal doors closed all the time ... not a big deal for most but it was a slight annoyance. Of course that was quickly forgotten with the: view, animals, pool, cocktails, bbq, chef-dinner, events, morning breakfast at Cafe Mono Congo, etc... Would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a real in-the-jungle accommodation. btw. Definitely get a 4x4 vehicle ... you will need it to get to and from the house. - Mike H.

Words cannot describe this Estate or Costa Rica! - The home was a beautiful peaceful place. The birds, flowers and even bugs where very interesting. Emanuel was very helpful. He set up our transportation to and from the airport as well as had a car dropped off to drive to do everything the island offered. Do not miss out on the horse back to the falls it is amazing. And the zip lining tour it is better than any other I’ve ever been on. Our family had 3 chefs for our last night there they were Superb! Be prepared for lots of great food. I would recommend this before the last day because there is so much food left from the meal. Don't miss out on the restaurant Happy Lobster. Portions are very large 1 plate can feed 2 people and I’m not a lite eater. If you do not speak Spanish. I would have Emanuel purchase the groceries. So if your debating on this rental home. Truly a paradise! - A gorgeous home overlooking the ocean! Our family of 6 had the most amazing Christmas vacation and we will definitely be back. The attention of the staff of Paradise Breezes was nothing short of exceptional from the moment we made our reservation. This luxury retreat is the perfect place to unwind and also explore the surrounding mountains/jungles/beaches and towns. Although the pictures of this Villa were stunning, it is even more beautiful in real life. A place that must be seen. We would highly recommend this property to our family and friends. There are many excellent restaurants in the area ranging from fine steak and seafood houses to quaint restaurants that offer more locally inspired dishes (our favourite). - We really enjoy our stay in Pura Uvita. The house is extremely quiet and relaxing. We enjoy the simple yet modern design and spend the afternoons in the terrace watching toucan, monkeys and many other birds. We loved the indoor/outdoor showers which let you takein the rainforest while still providing plenty of privacy. You Will Never Want To Leave! - My husband and I found ourselves falling easily into the pace and rhythm of Costa Rica as we always do. Eager to relax, explore and increase the fun-factor, House Of Crystal was the perfect choice. The house is spacious, modern and very clean with unforgettable views that look out upon the Pacific Ocean. Every hour is a chance to see the light reflected on the ocean in a different color. The pool is invigorating, we challenged each other after the first cup of coffee to jump in and start the day! Soon we were holding hands and making the plunge! So fun to live so joyously! (and it was COLD). The location is perfect to explore Uvita, Dominical and surrounding towns. Manuel Antonio is only 30 minutes away which hosts great gourmet cuisine with Costa Rican flavor. There is a Soda(Tipico -term for sm. restaurant) at the bottom of the hill from the house which has great food. Very Fresh! We found ourselves making friends with the owners. We took a ride in our 4x4, 10 miles out into the jungle to look at waterfalls (Waterfall Chotal)sp? And drove across one car suspension bridges and saw so much natural beauty, green mountains covered with grazing Brahmas. Emmanuel was a great concierge and a wealth of information and happy to help you immediately for all of your requests. We promise you will never want to leave. Beautiful & Relaxing - Villa Pacifica was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the Pacific Ocean was stunning. Paul and Ceasar were very accommodating, and offered so many great recommendations to check out in the area. Having a dedicated concierge to take care of our every need (though we rarely called upon him) was very convenient. Each room in the house was very spacious with comfortable beds and linens. Each room also comes with its own private bathroom. We felt very secure in the Paradise Breezes community, which was patrolled by security guards at night. The house was conveniently located near a fantastic restaurant near the front of the property, and a grocery store just three minutes away in Dominical. Following the Nauyaca Waterfall tour, a canopy zip lining tour, and a fun day in Manuel Antonio, we were so grateful to the locals who were so accommodating and polite. Simply amazing!!!!! - I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay at paradise breezes. The house was amazing. The four bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The living room and kitchen layout was perfect for my friends and I. The pool is big and it has an amazing view. Esteban was a great host. Breathtaking! - The pictures do not do this Villa justice. The place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The views from every corner in the house was mouth dropping! I just wish I could've stayed longer. Emanuel was our concierge throughout our stay and I can't say anything less than amazing! He helped us with all our excursions, arranged our private chef, ordered a birthday cake for my daughter, and helped us out with whatever questions we had, not once was he not available. You can honestly visit Dominical and not have to leave your Villa for anything if you are looking just to relax. I am counting the days for our next adventure out there! Beautiful Place! - Four of us stayed at Sunset House near Dominical in February. One couple was in one bedroom and two guys each had fold out queen size beds in the other room. We were plenty comfortable. It was an eventful vacation of deep sea fishing (13 sailfish among the four of us in one day.) Marina Pez Vela is half an hour away. The zip line/guided nature trail at Refugio Baru almost across the street from the house was the best vacation deal I've ever experienced. After long days of adventures we returned to lazing in the 22 meter pool, home cooked dinners and night swims to soak away the tired muscles. I highly recommend this place. - Kurt F.

The living area did not have A/C and did get hot at night so we spent more time in our bedroom since it had A/C. Paradise Indeed! - The reason we chose Villa Exotica at Paradise Breezes was the pictures of the views. It looked like the perfect place for our family vacation. Our 9 days at the Villa exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, the grounds peaceful and serene, an ideal place to relax. We made friends with the iguanas, the sloth and the birds who shared this piece of Paradise with us. It was magical to observe the animals while hearing the waves crashing at the beach. The balconies gave us a perfect vantage point to observe wild life as well as the lightning storms. The villa is well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Emanuel, our concierge helped us with various arrangements and everything was of highest quality. The car rental experience was flawless, the advice to stop in the supermarket in Jaco spot on. We made arrangements for a chef to prepare dinner for us on New Year's Eve and were thrilled with the feast he prepared for us right in front of our eyes. Our sons enjoyed their surf lesson in Dominical, the tour of Manuel Antonio National Park was exceptions (strongly recommend going with a knowledgeable guide) and the ATV excursion through the jungle finished our adventure on a high note. Enchanted - We enjoyed our 5-day stay at Villa Encantada very much and believe this property offers a good value compared to other rentals in the area. Located about 10 minutes from the town of Dominical, and about 25 minutes from the Quepos airport, the house is a short drive up a steep hill from the main road, on a mostly paved road. The property has great views, very comfortable rooms, and is fantastically equipped. The superb support from the local property management company provides an outstanding, professional service, which means our stay was very smooth and very enjoyable. The pool is nice for a quick dive and a few strokes, but not long enough for a proper workout. This wasn't a problem for the 5 teenage girls in our family, which spend most of the day in it. We recommend this property to everyone and would certainly book again. - Dan P.

Nothing short of spectacular! - My husband and I and one other couple rented this house for 7 days over New Years. I can't say enough good things about our experience here but I shall try... - Let's start with the view - it's like you're on the top of the world. You see nothing but the lush greenery of the jungle, the breathtaking spans of the pacific, and the rainbow of color from the sunsets. - The house - is a modern marvel and the pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the indoor/outdoor living style is unique to us as we're from Cleveland. The kitchen is extremely well stocked! - The services - our concierge was available 24 hours and helped us set up many different excursions and services. The entire paradise breezes staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comforts. The private chef (Christopher) was a MUST! We actually had him come cook for us 3 times and every time was outstanding! The in home massages were a great way to wind down and one of the best we've had anywhere. - The town - charming! Great restaurants! Lots of fun! Tip: flat sandals only - it's a gravel road so, ladies, unless you want to roll your ankle flip flops are all you need. Our favorite restaurant was just a bit outside of the city called Roca verde! -Tips and things to know: Getting there takes 3 hours from the airport but if we did it again we'd opt to take the flight from San Jose to quepos. If you're not good with a stick shift make sure you rent an automatic and 4 x 4 is a MUST! The drive for the villas is steep and intimidating!! Don't worry though you get used to it. Some of the local bugs appear to be from the Jurassic era. HUGE grass hoppers! But they don't bite, they just like to scare! The living space indoors is tight - perfect for the 4 of us but it would have been tight with more, however we rarely were inside! I hope this helps make your decision! We love this place! - We were there with another couple so we used the convertible sofa which is as comfortable as my own bed. The outside kitchen and dining mean the house does not heat up with cooking and you can grill in your own kitchen! Paradise Villa Encantada - We stayed in Villa Encantada in Paradise Breezes for 4 nights when we were in Costa Rica. We are a family of 4 and both of our kids had their own rooms. It was spacious and beautiful. Even better than the photos! The views are amazing! We sat in the infinity edge pool in the afternoons and enjoyed the parrots and toucans who visited the trees. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is even a built in BBQ on the patio. A 4x4 is necessary as you cannot access the house without one. Emanuel, the property manager with Paradise Breezes, set up all of our transportation to/from the airport and our rental car which was waiting for us when we arrived. He was an amazing help when it came to scheduling our excursions. We arrived with nothing planned and he arranged our activities, kayaking thru the malgroves and zip lining. It was as easy as showing up at the scheduled time. He also recommended some amazing restaurants. Everywhere we ate in Dominical was great, the food is very fresh and homemade. He provided us with a cell phone so we could contact him 24/7. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us throughout our vacation. - Julie S.

villa Exotica amazing - Due to the size of our family (8), we decided to lease a private villa for the week as opposed to renting a couple of hotel rooms. We found Villa Exotica on Trip Advisor and we are so glad we did! The villa is exactly how it is represented. It has an amazing view of lush green areas and the ocean. Simply breathtaking! When you enter the villa and see the view you will know you are truly on vacation and in paradise. There are two large master bedrooms with wrap around decks on the 2nd level. The main level has the kitchen, family room, 3rd bedroom with full bathroom and a large deck. At the end of the deck there is a 4th bedroom that has two beds and a full bathroom. Note: You do have to go outside on the deck to get to this bedroom. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the lower deck that has an infinity edge pool and two gazebos! Villa Exotica is located in the Dominical area of Costa Rica which is on the central pacific coast and about three hours south of San Jose. Villa Exotica is one of a few villas behind the gates of Paradise Breezes. You should definitely rent a 4X4 vehicle as getting to the villa you will drive up a fairly steep hill which is paved until you get to the 2nd gate which you have to go thru to get to Exotica. The road on the other side of the 2nd gate is not paved. We were there during the rainy season but actually had great weather. It only rained during our last day. Many of the restaurants and sights you will enjoy are located high up on steep hills, much higher than Villa Exotica. If you get caught in the rain you will be in trouble without a 4X4! We'd like to give a special shout out to Emmanual, our concierge and Esteban, the property manager as they really go out of their way to ensure you are well taken care of. We were given a cellphone with a local number to use during our stay. The villa also has free internet plus a washer and dryer. That was a nice amenity and it definitely came in handy. Also, you may meet Paul Gerace who owns one of the villas. He is an excellent photographer and we actually purchased some of his photos taken of the wildlife and beautiful Costa Rican landscape. You should definitely dine at the following restaurants: Jolly Roger (might be the best burgers I've ever had), The Happy Lobster, El Pescado (fish tacos), Charter Restaurant, Patron's and if you make it to Jaco Beach...the Taco Bar is really good! You will never run out of things to do in Costa Rica! We packed a lot into our eight days. Our children ages 8 to 21 had a blast sliding down and jumping at Uvita Falls. Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary was great. They do some amazing work with animals there. They had a baby sloth that was absolutely adorable! When done at the sanctuary, grab a bite to eat at Villas Alturas and take in the amazing view from the pool deck. Playa Linda is a beautiful beach. A must see is Nauyaca Falls! It is two waterfalls, an upper and a lower. The lower is 60' high and there is a natural pool at the bottom of the falls that you can swim in. The upper falls is 140' high! Great photo opportunities. There were many highlights of our trip and Manual Antonio National Park may have been the best. It costs $16 per person to enter. If I remember correctly, kids under 12 are free. We hired a guide for $100 to take us through the park. His name was Alejandro and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of wildlife in the rain forest we would have missed. We saw howler monkeys, sloths, bats and even white faced monkeys and raccoons on the beach. Absolutely amazing! The park has three private beaches but we only made it to one. If you want to go ziplining we highly suggest El Santuario Canopy Adventure Tour. One of their lines is about 3/4 of a mile long. The guides were excellent and safety is a priority. If you decide to go to Jaco Beach, make sure you stop at the bridge to see the crocodiles. “View, rest, animals, accommodating staff” - We stayed 4 nights in "exotica" Emanuel checked us in and gave us all the info our 2 families of 4 needed to get comfortable. The housekeeping service cleaned up well considering our 4 boys were messy. We loved the pool hot tub and the many balcony views of the Pacific. There is a resident sloth on the property. We stayed in both Crystal and Exotica - We stayed in both Crystal and Exotica (July 10 to 18), and both exceeded our expectations. The Villas are true to their photos. The houses and grounds are private and very well maintained, and Emanuel saw to it that we had a great experience. Emanuel is friendly and professional and just a pleasure to work with! We recommend using the concierge car rental service. We didn't and should have! Upon arrival, our rental company gave us the run around, and didn't have the car we reserved. Emanuel came to the rescue, organizing a car and pick-up through Solid. Thanks to Emanuel, we ended up with a great car at a great price. Emanuel also booked activities for us, zip-lining at Mid World, horseback riding up to Nayauca Falls, and a guided tour of Manuel Antonio--be sure to take a lunch or snacks and swim gear and spend the day. All of the activities were great for a family of four, and for our teens who haven't traveled out of the country like this before. Highly recommended! Dream vacation” - If you are looking for R&R in a tropical setting, away from the hustle&bustle of everyday life, this is what Villa Encantada offers. A dream house in the mountains with top-notch amenities. A view of the ocean and sounds of the waves mixed with those of the jungle never ceased to amaze us. We enjoyed the outdoor living, dining outside, floating on the infinity pool while watching the Toucans, Aracaris, tropical butterflies, and so much more in way of birds, insects, plants,etc. A bonanza for the naturalist! No monkeys for us, though... Maybe next time? Emanuel, our concierge, was very attentive to all our needs from the booking to the check-out. What a surprise to find all we needed for our first breakfast as we arrived very late at night after a long day of travel. Kudos to you, Emanuel! And thank you! We were close to many activities: Manuel Antonio N.P., Marino Ballena N.P., horseback riding to waterfalls(great!), an animal sanctuary(very interesting), restaurants, beaches, and much more. A 4x4 vehicle is a must to access the villa. It is with great sadness that we left this little private, secure, peaceful paradise. Many thanks to the owner(s) for sharing it with us. Heaven on Mountain - World Class Concierge - Emanuel Varela - First of all, Emanuel (Concierge) was amazing during the planning process with my wife. Responsive, informed and a pleasure to work with. Emanuel arrange an amazing week of ATV, Zipline and Horseback riding. We had issues with TV, he would come to the house. We had an issue with late night Check-Point with the police in the Domincal, Emanuel was there to take care of us. The house was clean (almost new), kitchen all stainless steel, spacious, view was romantic and pool/hot tub were epic. One key point, the AC was able to make the house always cool and comfortable. I slept like baby all week. We brought a house full of teenage kids and lived out a family adventure. The house is breathtaking and offers the hospitality of world class Concierge - Emanuel. If you want to enjoy Costa Rica and want live like a king, take this house. We plan to stay there again next year - T. Sirset

“Paradise Breezes is a bucket list experience!” - We stayed in three villas at Paradise Breezes and all were amazing. Emanuel made our vacation nothing less then superb. Every suggestion of activities, restaurants and sites to see were perfect. We went water rafting, horseback riding and zip lining. The companies that Emanuel set up were great. The happy Lobster local place was delicious. We did have the in house chef for one dinner and once again...amazing. The men treated us ladies to in house massage and I have to tell you it was the best massage I have ever had (I have had many). I was so good I booked another one for the day before we left. Costa Rica is a beautiful place that we will definitely return too. The villas are clean, well equipped and well kept in and out. The view is just breathtaking. Villa Encantada - This is a little slice of heaven, this was more than I expected. It was tough to leave this Paradise. We had a great time / hiking the trails in Manuel Antonio, hiking to the waterfalls { fabulous}, and soaking in the sun in the pool. Incredible views, loved watching toucans, and always watching for monkeys. Already planning my return trip to this amazing place! this house is tremendous and Emanuel was awesome! What a awesome place! no need to set an alarm clock the toucans will take care of that. This relaxing villa is in the jungle 5 stars. This was the perfect introduction to Costa Rica for our family! Luxuries of Home in a Paradise Setting - If you're looking for a slice of paradise in a lovely contemporary tropical setting, this is it! With an infinity pool that appears to overflow into the ocean, we spent every day enjoying both the water and the scenery - we felt totally immersed in the rainforest. In the mornings we were greeted with toucans nibbling berries off the poolside trees. This home suited our needs for open air dining and a kitchen will all the amenities. There were many restaurants in the local area serving fresh catch of the day and not one meal disappointed. This was our first visit to Costa Rica and definitely not our last! - Richard H.

Great Stay at Villa Encantada - My friend and I just returned from one of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations of our lives. Villa Encantada lives up to it's name. It is in a beautiful and peaceful jungle setting with nature all around. Toucans, aracaris, and parrots made daily visits. We also had a troop of monkeys visit us one day and they were so much fun to watch. Being in the middle of the Costa Rican rainforest at the treetops with the great open jungle views surrounding us was a great experience. Plus you have the added bonus of an ocean view directly in front. The homeowners have done such a great job decorating their new home. Top of the line appliances, grilling apparatus, custom beddings, furniture, and lighting made us feel so comfortable. We also really enjoyed the open shower in the master bedroom with the jungle and ocean views. There is a Tico restaurant at the bottom of the hill that made it very convenient to pick up last minute meals. The beach of Playa Linda, about 10 minutes away is a must with it's wide open views and the jungle behind it. The town of Dominical is just 6 minutes away from the gated entrance at the bottom of the hill. There you can find great sushi, fish & chips, fresh burritos, ribs, & more local Tico restaurants.There is even a local family owned fish store to buy the freshest fish to grill back at home. There are not many places on earth where you can experience this kind of wildlife and peacefulness. We can't wait to go back. - Paul G.

What a pleasure! - We were here in February escaping the brutal winter in New Hampshire. What a pleasure! The house is a comfortable refuge. We spent the first half of the day lounging and watching the wildlife. Then we would go to Dominical for beach time, shopping the vendors and having a drink at Tortilla Flats--a friendly bar on the beach. Then it was time to be home for sunsets and home cooked dinner. We also highly recommend Hacienda Baru for the zip line experience and it's minutes from the house. - Ken Smith

villa Exotica - I've stayed in many different hotels and rental properties all over Costa Rica but Villa Exotica is the first house I would be more than happy to rent again. We stayed for 3 weeks, varying at times with 5 to 8 people, ages 38-63, and never did we feel crowded. The house is very well equipped and if something is missing they provide it promptly. For those of you that need to stay plugged in for business you are never more than a foot away from an outlet, for those of you that are trying to forget work for a while, the ocean view and in particular, the sunsets are spectacular (there's also some great hiking behind the house with beautiful views of the valley). You definitely need a car but there area has some great attractions close by. Dominical is a lively small surf town that offers live music on some nights (not to mention you can watch some great surfing when the swell is up) and some fun open air bars and just a little further out you can hike and/or rappel some amazing waterfalls, go horseback riding on the beach, take surfing lessons or check out popular Manuel Antonio. There are some amazing restaurants in the area as well. I can't possibly write enough good things about Villa Exotica, you will not be disappointed! - Eileen M.

“Our stay at Villa Don Pedro in Paradise Breezes was incredible, a true paradise!” - My husband and I booked our stay in Paradise Breezes and settled on the Villa Don Pedro. Only minutes from the friendly beach town, "Dominical" the location proved to be perfect! We arrived inside the gated community at Paradise Breezes just in time to watch the colorful sunset and were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful landscaped grounds and lush green jungle setting we found ourselves in. Esteban, the property manager warmly welcomed us and showed us to our vacation rental home. We were surprised to see a large wooden bowl filled with fresh fruit, pineapple and a bottle of wine when we entered the Villa Don Pedro. Large, beautiful tiled swimming pool, glass and tile showers, comfy beds, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen with all the amenities and comforts of home, made for an exceptional stay and a much needed vacation! Emanual, the friendly concierge coordinated whale watching excursions, monkey tours, shuttle service, car rental and best of all a deep sea fishing trip for my husband. Emanual took the stress out of planning, making our stay so much better. The management company at Paradise Breezes is first class service all the way. Relaxing ocean views! - Three of us stayed here last Christmas. We surfed twice a day--Dominical beach is an easy five minute drive away. We would return home for lunch, relaxing ocean views and head out again for the afternoon. It's a perfect spot with all the kitchen supplies we needed to eat meals at home. Then I returned in November when the lap pool was finished. Dominical was much quieter so I got in my surfing but tended to stay home in the evening to watch the sunset from poolside, have dinner and then a night swim. The pool is never below 86 degrees--the floating duck is the thermometer. - Matt (32 year old surfer!)

Costa Rica getaway - Through a friends referral we stayed at this beautiful gated tropical villa. We arrived early afternoon to the villa that overlooked the ocean and was located right in the rainforest. The villa had very spacious living accommodations including a separate master bedroom with two vary nice extra bedrooms. There is a open air family room and kitchen area with new appliances that opened up to a large covered patio. It was so nice to just relax by the pool and enjoy the toucans and other tropical birds landing in the trees next to the pool. We also loved seeing the beautiful tropical butterflies and of course the monkeys on a daily basis. There were beautiful secluded beaches just below the villa and other activities such as a great ATV tour, zip lining and an animal sanctuary were all very close by. We were able to find many different restaurants with the local cuisine and many more options available. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful Villa. The management was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Our entire stay exceeded our expectations. - Dan H.

Villa Pacifica! Amazing! - We just spent an amazing week at Villa Pacifica! The Villa is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need! The pool is fantastic with an amazing ocean view and a jacuzzi!! Monkeys and toucans! Esteban and Emanuel are great and are there to help with everything you could need- car rental, transportation to and from airport, places to eat, beaches to explore, things to do, ATM rides, zip lining etc... There is so much to do! A chef is available to cook for you, massages are also available. The owners also gave us some great information on where to eat in the area. So many great restaurants with the best tasting fresh food! The beaches are so beautiful and you can be the only one on the beach for miles! THE BEST HOME AWAY FROM HOME! - A real treat in paradise! We escaped to this beautiful (and conveniently located) property to relax for 4 days and couldn't recommend it enough. It's tucked away for a peaceful stay, while only a short drive to town and the beach. The home is beautifully laid out, spacious, well-maintained, and gorgeously situated in the lush jungle with ocean views from several rooms. Waking up to the blue ocean each morning was breathtaking. We even caught adorable little monkeys playing outside in the trees! The kitchen was large, modern, and equipped with everything we needed to cook all meals. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place was clean and well-kept. We were very comfortable! The property manager was friendly, quick to respond, and easy to get in touch with. HEAVEN - Karen W. We recently returned from a two week vacation in Costa Rica. We stayed one week at resorts and one week at this house. The Villa Roselare is definitely the way ti go. We were at the house ten minutes and my husband said, now this is a vacation. We felt very safe being in a gated area, it was very quiet and peaceful, with all the beautiful sounds of nature. We enjoyed eating most of our meals at the house. It was supplied with everything we needed. We would get fresh fruit and vegetables at the stand down town, and we found fresh fish just down the street from the house( La Mocha ). The way the house is designed it's great for couples or a family. The bedrooms are far enough away from main living area. We enjoyed coming home from day trips and getting in the pool to cool down. The sunsets out by the pool were breath taking and different every night. Having a rent a car is the way to go, because there is so much to see and do in the area. We recommend four wheel drive, the roads can get a little rough.The driveway to the house is a little steep, but worth the view. The property manager was great, he helped us in anything we needed. Alana and the rest of the staff, also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this house, and can't wait to get back. LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!! - Karen W.

We had a wonderful week at Paradise Breezes - What an amazing place on earth! Beautiful villa, enjoy the pool and the great view over the ocean. Watching the sunset and enjoy the wild animals (monkeys, lizards and raccoons) around the house. Emanuel has organized some very nice tours for us. It`s hard to pick a highlight out of so many incredible experiences!! - Sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set over the ocean,it was hard to belive that things could be any more spectacular. The monkeys arrived,closely fallowed by a toucan! perfect end to our first day. It`s hard to pick a highlight out of so many incredible experiences. Could it be standing up on a surf board for the first time,zip lining through the rainforest,swinging on the tarzan swing,snorkeling with the turtle and brightly fish,horseback riding to the falls or jumping off the falls into a poce of freezing water. A Harsh Critique - 10-22-11 A Harsh Critique The view is too romantically beautiful. The house is absurdly tempting to “Make an offer”. It rained for two and a half weeks straight. Including the nine days we “had” to spend here. The big problem was nobody cared .Sitting in the hot tub in the rain; We had to make sure we didn’t like that-so we did it a couple three times every day. Birds with beaks that big shouldn’t be so graceful in flight. Horses shouldn’t be that easy to ride & Waterfalls aren’t supposed to make people from all over the world strike up passing friendship and convertions on different days. Comparing how enjoyable their different holidays have been. There were diverse. Always praise worthy dining outs. And how can you find good live music in such a remote location? Our host,Concierge & Property Manager willing to give us more than the time or day? They basically told us “were to go” on a daily basis. How do they expect us to go home & cope? Would we come back to Costa Rica again? Well. After this second trip; there are a couple nice home sites left. The people, their lack of attitude & fish that don’t know how to say no,….hmmm,lemme think….. Fisher, Fitzhugh, Brouvillette, Bouvillette ,Quimper & Nichols. To anyone reading this - This was our 4th stay at the Breezes-we gat snowed in for five days ay JFK and wasn't really sure this needed vacation was gonna happen-but we're here and everyone on the grounds were friendly and very hospitable -we drove down the coast to Sierpe,Antonio Manuel,Quepos,Jaco and again the experience was beautiful. Surf was nice in size but most days closing out and dumping. I did manage to get in 12 hours of surfing but that's only 1/4 the usual time I spend in the water (Aug 4 hrs daily). But the company we had up at the house for barbecues(4) and drinks.Our friends in Costa Rica and 2 new friends we met here from Southhampton,NY-Krist Sylvia look forward to seeing you in New York. Big Storm in NY starting today 1/12 in to tomorow (11-16 inches) we may have to stay a few extra days -awh-what a shame LOL Edgar thank you for being on top of everything we needed-you're a very fine person and take your job seriously-we will be back nex year and regardless of where you're working we will always contact you-stay well and star surfin-It's right in your back yard-take advantage of it. Da Foxes - Villa Exotica was more than we expected! We loved having coffee on the patio every morning and taking in the gorgeous sunset every night. We wondered aloud what the poor people (back home) were doing today.Every day was a new adventure from scuba diving to zip lining,safari tours in Quepos was a little bit more of a drive to zip line but completely wortht it! The guides were hilarious and fun specially Big Al! We had a wonderful meal at Cuna del Angel-the best meal of the week! We loved our surf lessons with Ezekial and the town of Dominical in general. Christmas here could not have been any sweeter,opening gifts then horseback riding to the beach to surf was definitely a new experience and one that will never be forgotten! This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we will definitely be back. - We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves-the house was amazing-the views breathtaking & the pool lots of fun! The town of Dominical although small was a good place to check out the surf/beach & get a bite to eat.We highly recommend Tortilla Flats.Good Garlic Butter wings,nachos,tuna & fish tacos. The drive to Manuel Antonio is well worth it-during our guided tour not only did we visit 3 beaches but we also saw monkeys,sloths,lizards & many different birds. Las Brisas Paraiso - I've stayed in many houses in the southern part of Costa Rica and enjoyed my stay in Las Brisas by far the most.My family of 5 stayed at casa Pacifica for 6 days and loved every minute. Not only was the house in magnificent condition,but the concierge Edgardo could not have been more helpful and pleasant.He provided us with non-stop service and spot on recommendations that really made our stay a memorable one.The view from the swimming pool alone is worth staying at casa Pacifica! Dear Paradise Brezees - Apr16 2010-We want to thank all of you for an amazing vacation here in Costa Rica. We came expecting a wonderful week in Paradise,we are leaving with great memories and best of all new friends. Rafael and Edgardo have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. When the power went one nignt & we couldn't get out of the gate to pick up my sisters in Dominical, Edgardo went to Dominical at midnight to stay with them while Rafa got the gate open fur us. The Villa was amazing with everything we needed.The views were amazing whether having coffee on the balcony in the morning or having cervezas by the pool at night.Great beaches up and down the coast with the best day spent @ Manuel Antonio. Our final day was having lunch with our new friends & family and enjoying an evening by the pool before we had to say goodbye. Our first trip to Costa Rica! - Apr09 2010-Costa Rica was wonderful. The staff at Paradise Brezees was very helpful and kind. The Villa Exotica was gorgeous,especially the view. Other highlights were seeing toucans,swimming in the pool,watching big and small lizards,meeting our neighbors (from MI just like us)and the beach was beautiful. We loved seeig the crabs run really fast by the water. Ziplining,horseback,riding,surfing and jumping into water falls made our vacation more exciting,fun and adventurous. The Manuel Antonio National Park was amazing. The monkeys at the beach-there were cute and entertaining. All of the restaurants that we went to had great food. We have wonderful memories of our week in Costa Rica - Rafael, It has been a few days back to reality and we are once again consumed with our crazy schedules of work and daily life. Fortunately, we have wonderful memories of our week in Costa Rica that balance the stress of our hectic days. Our time at Paradise Breezes went by too quickly as every day was thoroughly enjoyable. The accommodations were exactly as presented and very comfortable. Saturday night's dinner with chef Wilbur was exactly what we needed after a full day of travel. The attention he showed us set the tone for the week. After a relaxing day on Sunday, our group was ready for zip-lining Monday morning and were treated to an informative nature walk in addition to the zip-lining. Our two guides were knowledgeable and personable, and provided us with a fun-filled morning. The fact that Hacienda Baru was so close to 'home' was an added bonus. A day at the beach on Tuesday and we were ready to surf on Wednesday. Again you came through Rafael with a terrific suggestion and diplomatically persuaded us to use a company other than one we had chosen. We were not disappointed with the two tico surfers who provided us with competent and friendly instruction. The snack of fresh pineapple. bananas and cookies didn't hurt either! After reviewing the multiple brochures you gave us, we decided to ATV on Friday and were treated to another great activity. The two guides from ATV Baru gave us a tour of the beach and the scenic mountains, with the highlight being our swim at the waterfall. The week passed so quickly and soon it was Saturday morning and we were rushing out to get back to San Jose to meet Jacy's host family at lunchtime. We did not have an official good-bye and I'd like to think that we will meet again if we are lucky enough to visit your beautiful country in the future. This was a truly a dream vacation - Dear Rafael, Stewart and Paradise Breezes Family. This was a truly a dream vacation. The beautiful villa, the stunning views and the incredible service offered by the charming Rafael, Wilbert`s talents as chef. We visited here 17 years ago when it was very different,but Dominical (our favorite part of Costa Rica) has kept its allure and beauty (We had a magnificent Thunderstorm we watched from our deck!) Now that our kids are 7 and 11, we dicided to make a return trip and you have helped to exceed all of our expectations. Ziplining,horsebackriding and Don Lulos and his incredibleteam, ATV on the beach and far into the willside, all of it is something none of us will forget. Dear Paradise Breezes Family - Dear Paradise Breezes Family The experience you have given us is unbeatable. Aside from the breath-taking views, the help, service, and friendly smiles really made the vacation perfect. Rafael always went above and beyond to assist us and had an enchanting personality. To everyone who has an opportunity to meet him-consider yourself blessed. Hacienda Baru gave us a wonderful tour of the rainforest and an adventure on zip lining. We visited Quepos to do some shopping and had excellent coffee at Café Milagro. Our eco tour at Manuel Antonio answered our dreams of seeing monkies and other jungle life, the beaches were very beautiful as well. One of the greatest moments here was watching the sunsets. The images will forever be in our memories. Also the stars at night. On the second night we all were outside with the lights off and saw a falling star. If that wasn´t a good omen, I don´t know what is. Café Delicias was a wonderful place for lunch-if ever there, try the milkshakes. Coconut Spice was our favorite place for dinner. Paradise Breezes is flawless. The house was flawless and we will forever miss it (especially the bathrooms) Thanks to all once again. When we come back, we´ll stay for a long time - Dear Brisas del Paraiso. Audra and I find it difficult to put on paper, our most memorable time have and around Dominical on the day of our departure. We do not want to leave! Everyone here is genuine, relaxed and considerate to visitors. You all have made our honeymoon a honeymoon. If it weren't for the hassels of canceling transport and hotel in San Jose we would stay another night. Word on the street is Dominical on Saturday night is something to experience!. Great time we have - Great time have by all on our 3rd trip to Costa Rica. this place was by for the best place! Excelent View, very private and great service. We highly enjoyed the chef for Thanksgiving! Would recomment the Osa Zip Lining and The Uvita ATV Tour (for the adventurens) If you go to Manuel Antonio get a guide. We wuold have missed everything! Villa Exotica: A luxury 5 stars setting - Thank you to everyone at Paradise Breezes for a wonderful vacation. Villa Exotica is luxury 5 stars and a gorgeous setting. We would recommend La Parcela (great seafood), Wilbert the chef, Don Lulus horseback riding (highlight that they have a domesticated toucan you can pet and take photos with), Coconut Spice Restaurant- amazing Asian food, Hotel Cuna del Angel -great food & view. Carlos was a wonderful host/ concierge. He was very helpful and great guy. We had the whole villa to ourselves for romantic sunsets, dips in the pool and wildlife sportive (I saw a sloth and green iguana on day 1). Villa Exotica: A Rock Star Villa! - We had a wonderful time at Villa Exotica! Weve stayed at many beautiful places but Paradise Breezes is definitely on our top five now. The villa was gorgeous and the most glamorous one weve stayed in, we call it rock star villa! We will miss our comfortable, beautiful bedrooms and waking up to spectacular views of the beach and water. Sunsets are amazing as well. All the bed linens are scrumptious and so dreamy definitely a heavenly bed. The landscaping is gorgeous all around the property. Also appreciate the great lighting/dimmers on the interior and exterior. Sound system and TVs are a great plus too. We will remember and appreciate chef Wilberth on our first night here it was wonderful to have a delicious dinner pampered in our own villa- a great start to a relaxing vacation. Villa Exotica - This was an amazing trip! We came down as friends, 4 single guys and a married couple. We have fallen in love with the live & let live style of Costa Rica. Villa Exotica - Excellent accommodations with breath-taking views - This first time to Costa Rica was wonderfully surprising with all the beauty of foliage and animal life. The residents here were a wonder and delight with their friendliness and willingness to help us with the language barrier. Our host Ray, Wilberth the chef, Rick the owner and all of the staff here at Paradise Breezes made our stay here a truly memorable and forever memory. The local customs, wisdoms of the local people and the stories from the area made a lasting impression. Shop keepers were willing to share the stories and beliefs from their villages. The animals we saw: monkeys, sloths, iguanas, geckos, butterflies, walking sticks, praying mantis, toucans, vultures parrots and so many more made the trip so exciting and unpredictable. Villa Pacifica - In all of my life I've never had a better vacation! - The trip here was long and hot, but definitely worth it. In all my life I've never had a better vacation. This beautiful house has everything I could ever want: A majestic view, cozy and well-placed furnishings, kind and great service, Luxury I've never had, Wildlife, Sunsets, and wonderful details. Along with the house, I've fallen in love with Costa Rica and its natural diversity (Something you would never get in New Jersey). So many colorful bird and butterfly species make their homes in the habitat surrounding this wonderful house. Villa Pacifica - This vacation has lined up to its name, - This vacation has lined up to its name, "Paradise". I must say that the views are so great, that they seem unreal. The home, "Pacifica" is well appointed. As a family we've stayed in a few rental homes in different places, but Villa Pacifica has surpassed them all by far. The second we arrived we were welcome by Ray, the most friendly personality and warm smile you can receive. The sliding doors were opened by Ray to reveal a clean, no super clean house. Our chef Wilberth and David welcomed us also with a friendly smile (Not to mention delicious food). The following morning Rosa + Ana (The maids) arrived. They were so friendly and cleaned so well. They were so professional and hard working. Diego made sure our pool was sparkling clean every day. The backyard and grill was immaculate. I cannot conclude this comment in this guestbook without making another mention by how Ray was at our beckon call for every need we had. He was so punctual, professional and courteous. Thanks Ray for a job well done. All the correspondence back and forth, the extra cooler delivered so quickly. Ray was always a dial "0" away and one ring. Thanks again! Villa Exotica - One of our best trip ever! - Thank you Paradise Breezes! We had an amazing week (Plus 3 extended days bacause I couldn't pull myself away) We fell in Love with Dominical, the the true beauty of this little town is the people who live there. Our surf lessons from Henry, where we saw beautiful humpback whales, the delicious food at coconut spice, and the staff at tortilla flats. I was very well cared for in the back of this bar after being stung by a ray on my foot. (Note: soak foot in scalding water with a plant called mother in law tongue) for at least an hour to give venom time to come out of the body. It is very painful but the hot water is key - plus tequila! A few favorites from the trip: 3 km south of Dominical there is a fresh fish (pescado) market on the left - perfect for grilling! Also, right across the street, there is a restaurant with the most amazing views and wonderful food. I think it is called Parcela (Not sure) but on hill. The private beach in front of the villa is spectacular at sunset! We took a nature walk (Self guided) at Baru that was fun. But we didn't see any monkeys. Villa Pacifica - Our visit was a wonderful experience! - Our visit from wet northern California was a wonderful experience. Our adult children were with us and we zip lined, animal and insect watched, snorkeled, and had a wonderful time. All our little problems were seemingly easily solved by Ray. Lost luggage appeared the next day. The perfect car rental for 6 met us at the airport. Dinners in the home made by chef Wilberth were a special treat. All thanks to Ray. Villa Pacifica - We fell in love with it even more! - Second time at Paradise Breezes, what can we say? We fell in love with it even more. The surfing was very good - lots of fun waves at Dominical. The weather this time was excellent (3 hrs rain) + love this house. I don't want to stay anywhere else. Next year will be 3 years at Breezes (Now a preferred Customer) ha ha. Cleaning ladies and ground keepers were all very nice and hospitable. Amazing what a simple wave or smile does to vacationers and locals. Ray is a fine person, and he is on top of every phone call we made to him (Start surfing buddy) We will be the only visitors that have stayed 3 years at breezes next year, that's a record. Villa Buena Vista - Wedding in Paradise - "Over a year ago we first visited Paradise Breezes as we searched for the perfect locale for our daughter's wedding. We immediately fell in love with the villa (Buena Vista), as well as the surrounding areas. When choosing lodging, especially in luxury settings such as this, the photos can be misleading. The polish of professional photographers can cover a multitude of sins. This was not the case of Paradise Breezes. Pictures cannot capture the sweeping beauty of the view from the many balconies over looking the Pacific. The interior was spacious and impeccably furnished. The architecture was gorgeous as well sturdy, it withstood the 6.3 earthquake we experienced. In addition to the incredible building, the staff was second to none. Friendly and helpful, they were able to accommodate any request. The location was close to Domincal. These are the reasons that we decided have our daughter's wedding ceremony on the grounds at Paradise Breezes. A special mention must be made for Ray, the concierge. He was the best we have encountered in our travels. He coordinated staff for various parts of the wedding week. From chefs, manicurists & a masseuse for the Bridal party to landscapers to completely transform an empty, overgrown lot into the perfect site for a rain forest wedding, including a ranchito, an alter and pews, guardrails, and even a 20 foot palm tree with coconuts. Villa Exotica - Hands-down this is our best vacation ever! - We had ten incredible days at Villa Exotica. We got to snorkel, zip line, horseback ride and go white water rafting. The best part of it was that every night we could relax in 5-star luxury in this beautiful villa. We have traveled all over the world as a family and hands-down this is our best vacation ever! Villa Exotica - All the luxury of home on the pacific coast - Beautiful surroundings, located close to everything. All the luxury of home on the pacific coast. Enjoyed all of Baru! The big easy. We had 4 bedrooms for 1 couple and 2 additional guests. Same rent for up to 8 people in a bargain. Everything was really comfortable. The beds are very very nice. Villa Pacifica - We lucked out choosing this spot for our Wedding (on the balcony) and Honeymoon - This place is named perfectly. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. The spectacular layout of the villa is surpassed only by the breathtaking view from the balconies. We lucked out choosing this spot for our "Wedding" (on the balcony) and "Honeymoon". We have just begun to scratch the surface of activities available. Beginning with the delectable feast prepared by Wilberth for our wedding, jungle hiking to the waterfalls, mountain biking, zip lining, dolphin tour, complete with an incredible display of dolphins frolicking in the sea, snorkeling, a day trip to Manuel Antonio, and afternoons on the numerous secluded beaches. As far as the first class treatment from Ray, I cannot thank him enough. His warm and kind nature are such as asset to the entire "Costa Rican Experience". Rick's clever vision and creation of this tropical paradise is most impressive. But, Ray's heartwarming personality creates the "magic" that makes dreams come true. Villa Buena Vista - We had a fantastic time - Wow! What a great place! We had a fantastic time! Ray took care of everything for us including helping us host a party. The chef Wilberth was amazing. Thanks also for the awesome tips for dining in the area, great places with great food! (Tortillas Flat in Dominical for a relaxed lunch right on the beach, La Parcela for a fantastic view, Exotica in Ojochal for best international food and the Thai right here in Dominical for wonderful spicy curries). Villa Pacifica - Unbelievable workmanship and architecture - Thanks to entire staff at Paradise Breezes! 3rd C.R. Vacation, 1st at Paradise breezes. Unbelievable workmanship and architecture. Me, being a landscape contactor (NY) found it beautiful and well done. The calmness, the porch, pool, and view brought to me was astonishing to the point where I couldnt believe it. Rick hospitality was excellent and caring. You and the staff made us feel at home, very comfortable. Our two guests that were here for the 1st week were in awe. From the cleaning ladies that we conversed with a few times to Cesar taking care of phones and being there whenever we needed him. Ray is on his way to being a fine manager of affairs. From booking tours to info on areas to visit to setting up the truck return in Quepos. Thank you Ray. The service that Jason provided us was top of the line. Everything was always so clean when we woke up everyday. I wish you all the luck with your new born coming July (08). You will be a good father. The rest of the credit goes to C.R. Forty one hours of surfing, 10 excellent days of waves and every second and video. I hope it holds me over till next year. Burgers and Caesar Salad at San Clemente were excellent. The tenderloin medallions at La Parcela were out of this world (Try them). The house is gorgeous. Barbecue and Jacuzzi Priceless! We will be back this year. P.S. Villa Buena Vista - We had the most memorable week of all! - We planned a family reunion aboard a windjammer, however 2 days prior to sailing the trip was cancelled - STRANDED! Rick replied ot our S.O.S. and we landed in Paradise (Breezes that is). Our family was able to enjoy each other and all the wonderful things around us. The tucans, monkeys and humming birds were a few of our greatest pleasures as well, as the view, sunsets and hot tub after a day of surfing or horseback riding! Buena Vista became our home for one week thanks to Cesar and all the staff who works so hard and are so friendly and helpful. As for Rick... You are the MAN! Thank you and God bless you (The kids said that!) Our ship never sailed. Last minute plans we hailed. Thanks to Rick for returning our call, we had the most memorable week of all! Villa Pacifica - A Secluded Paradise In The Forest - We arrived in a driving rainstorm to San José. Our flight was cancelled to Quepos so we took a taxi over the mountain. After a 4 hour journey, we picked up our car in Quepos and made the adventurous trek to Paradise Breezes. It was wonderful to arrive at this beautiful Oasis! Rick had the kitchen fully stocked! We awoke the next morning to a beautiful sunrise and beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. We spent sometime in Dominical everyday and got to know the local scene. We took a zip line tour of the rain forest and saw many beautiful animals. Friends in Dominical took us to a beach just south of Dominical where the waves have beat a beautiful and magical cave out of the mountain. We also hiked to a gorgeous waterfall and took mudbaths! We have enjoyed bautiful sunsets and all of the wonderful amenities of this secluded paradise in the forest. Thanks for enhancing this fantastic experience to Costa Rica. Villa Exotica - Pictures did not do justice, the home exceeded our expectations! - After much careful planing we decided to take a 3 week vacation to Costa Rica. After looking t the pictures of Villa Exotica, we were sold. On our arrival, pictures did not do justice as the home exceeded our expectations. We were met by Rick & Cesar and given a quick orientation. During our stay, the staff was very accomodating, home and pool was cleaned on a daily basis, all my inquires were answered rapidly. We were able to do alot durring our stay, zip lining, surfing, horseback ridding and etc...As I write this, I can't help but feel sadness of not having this view any more. Villa Buena Vista - I would, without any hesitation recommend staying here to anyone. - There is only one problem with Casa Buena Vista. The pictures in the website do not reflect just how beautiful this house is and how spectacular a view the house has of the ocean. This is a firve star accomodation. I would, without any hesitation recommend staying here to anyone. Beyond that, the staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed. Villa Pacifica - The house is lovely and the view is spectacular! - Thank you so much for a lovely stay at the Villa Pacifica. The staff were so amazing. Cesar, Jose and the two women who cleaned the house went out of their way to make our stay special. The house is lovely & the view is spectacular. Villa Pacifica - This awesome home is such a match for the magnificent scenery which surrounds it! - Our first trip to Costa Rica has been a magical experience. Casey's persistance in finding just the right property certainly paid off with the location of your website. Rick's enthusiastic answers to our many questions via email were so appreciated. His directions and personal availability were wonderful! Arriving in San Jose and driving to Dominical was "challenging", we may take the hop flight to Quepos next time and pray the road gets paved although, our little "Be Go" from Europcar served us well. This awesome home is such a match for the magnificent scenery which surrounds it day and night! We have loved every moment here and will include its peaceful memory in our dreams. We wish to recommend a few things. Hacienda Baru for great introduction to the wonders of a rain forest. We learned a great deal from their guides. Every meal we had was excellent. Some ourstanding dining can be had at "La Parcela" and "Cuna del Angel". The smoothies and sandwiches at Chapy's next to Blow Fish surf shop were yummy. Coconut Spice Thai was excellent, too. We loved our day at Manuel Antonio, such an awesome park, gorgeous beaches, monkeys, birds, and walks in the jungle. Lunch at "El Avion" or "Ollies Folly" was fun as well as delicious. Our deep sea fishing trip was a success. We caught a 500 pound black marlin - 'almost'. He won his freedom after an hour of spectacular jumps and back breaking effort to get him near our boat. Charter through Cuna del Angel was perfect. The appreciation we feel for the staff here cannot be overstated. Our house, patio and pool were always perfect. Everyone was professional, punctual and so accomodating. Cesar's english and quick repsonse to any request were commendable. We wish him well in his class. Villa Buena Vista - Greetings and Salutations - Welcome to paradise. The view is grand, to the help we stand. To Rick we are gratefull for he is so helpful. The wildlife abounds, many early Bird songs. So relax, enjoy and envibe and check your clothes for bugs on a ride. - The brothers Five and sister One

Perfect and could not have been happier. - Beautiful Villa. Clean, ocean view, scenic, private, amazing staff. We rented this place for our family of 7. Could not have chosen a better spot. It was clean, they provided toiletry, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, towel, cutlery etc.. As you would have in your home away from home. The family was in aww. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here the next time we come. The hill is steep to get to the Villa but after a run or two, it becomes easy. Ivan the PM was just simply amazing and made everything so easy. From checking in to checking out and housekeeping and cleaning the pools. - Emily W.
