Beautiful views and property - Such a beautiful property, with views from every window! Oscar was very attentive and so welcoming, checking in with us often. We found the home clean and very comfortable for our family, 4 adults, 3 kids. The drive up is a bit steep, so recommend 4 wheel drive, but it’s well worth it for the views and oasis up the hill that awaits! Highly recommend! - Erin, C.

Perfect getaway - I traveled with my family (kids 8 & 6) and we loved everything about the property. The home was amazing. Oscar was wonderful and helped to make our stay perfect. Beautiful, Amazing Place - My family and I loved this place. Extremely comfortable, clean, beautiful, and you cannot beat the views. Very, very convenient (5 minutes to town, beaches, surf beak), great pool, great bedrooms, great wildlife. - We had a wonderful stay from 7/2-/7/8. Communication went smoothly from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Oscar (concierge) played an integral role in making our stay more enjoyable with his willingness to assist with booking activities and making recommendations. The house is spacious, nicely decorated, with beautiful views all around. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of closet room for storing our clothes/personal belongings, and there are safe deposit boxes in three of the rooms (I did not see one in the room off the balcony). The laundry room is separate from the living spaces and it was a great amenity. The kitchen has pots, dishes, and detergent/sponges. A few small grocery stores are nearby, maybe less than 5 miles away. There are the larger grocery stores less than an hour away. The house location is close to many activities- we went horseback riding to some fantastic and beautiful waterfalls, about an hour from Manuel Antonio State Park, and many other fun and must-see attractions. The pool is perfect for an afternoon splash, and the hot tub is for late-evening relaxation. We loved the fenced security feature with security patrol, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. - The property is as impressive as shown in the photos with a very well-equipped kitchen and super views to the Pacific. Esteban and Oscar were really friendly, helpful and efficient from the outset, answering my many questions quickly. Oscar arranged transport to and from the property, also booked a hire car and snorkelling trip (Cano island - superb) for us; all went seamlessly without any worries. It was Cicada season - take earplugs (here, or anywhere else where they are) - they are very noisy! The road is fine to drive up, if you want to park level with the front door rather than walking up lots of steps, the last very short section of the road is unpaved - think you would need a 4x4 anyway even to get up the paved section. The villa is about a 5 minutes drive to the north west, not the south east of Dominical as shown; addresses in CR can be vague, the location of another AirBnB property also very approximate. We recommend Dominical it is away from busy tourist areas. - Sue, S.

- This home was an excellent choice for a stay in Costa Rica with friends/family. It is very spacious with incredible views and a suitable location just outside of Dominical. There was abundant wild flora and fauna in the immediate area that made for an incredible stay. Great vacation home near Dominical - My wife and I stayed at this house for a week. The property exceeded our expectations in every regard. The view from the patio and every room in the house is unbelievable! The pictures do not do it justice. The property is very private and has a front row seat to amazing Costa Rican sunsets. It has a great view of the Ocean from the patio. We also had plenty of wildlife all around the house. The location is also great for short drives to many of the local attractions in Quepos, Dominical and Uvita. The service from the property manager, Oscar, is also first class. He met us at the house after hours to check us in and show us around. We had a question on operating the hot tub during the week and he had our question answered very quickly. Christmas Family Vacation - This was the perfect place for our family to stay! We were a family of five traveling (husband and I and our three young adult children ages 18-22) and everyone loved the property. Each kid had their own room and bathroom. The house was quiet and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for making meal. The pool and hot tub were used everyday. The most amazing part was the view!! We sat on the balcony most days and just enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets. You do need a 4x4 to get to the driveway. Booking the property was smooth and easy. Estaban answerered ALL my questions. Once we booked, we really appreciated the concierege services of Oscar. He basically planned our vacations....he recommened the shuttle from SJO airport to the VRBO for our family. He arranged for our rental vehicle to be waiting at the VRBO for our use during the week. Then he made the reservations for our daily activities (canyoning, horseback riding, monkey boat tour, scuba/snorkel) as well as the chef services! All five of us loved this vacation. Costa Rica is amazing, but so is this property and the services! Highly recommend! - Kristi, J.

Amazing home and pool. - We loved landing in this home. The property manager so helpful. The beds so comfortable. There is some highway traffic noise that we were not expecting, but it was doable abs faded into the back ground. The hot tub abs view was wonderful. Very spacious - Amber, R.

- Our stay at Villa Exotica was beyond what I expected. The pictures truly do not do this villa justice. The view from the house is unmatched and do expect to have toucans, monkeys, and iguanas visiting you. The rooms are beautiful, the wifi and A/C worked throughout our entire trip and housekeeping made sure to check in on us a few times as well. I must say, the reason our trip was even more amazing than I could have ever imagined was the concierge, Oscar. Oscar kept in communication once we booked our villa was there to greet us, scheduled (and rearranged) our excursions and activities ahead of time, arranged taxis and shuttle services, and was a consummate professional the entire time. Great stay - Our family of four, including two teens, really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, in a quiet location, close to the main road, and has great views and amenities. We liked being just a bit away from the crowd but close enough to do plenty of activities. The infinity pool was a great place to kick back and enjoy the sights and sounds, very tranquil. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and had great views from both the inside as well as the balcony. I’m always skeptical when I see amazing pictures of a property, but the property was every bit as nice as the pictures. Property management was responsive and easy to communicate with. Great Property - We really enjoyed our time at this property. The staff is amazingly great to work with. The home is gorgeous. The area is packed with fun things to do. There are a couple reasons I am not giving 5 stars. First, the AC broke in 2 of the bedrooms before we arrived, so our first 3 days included repairmen and no AC in those rooms. Second, I felt the road up to the property was dangerous, particularly at one point where there was a curve with no guard rail and a steep drop off. We had to use 4-wheel drive to make it up to the property -- we started sliding backwards downhill our first time up the drive because we did not have 4-wheel drive turned on. Our AC experience presumably would not happen to others, and the staff was fantastic in working through the issue, including working out a way to comp us a perk for our inconvenience. So, 4+ stars. If we return to Dominical, we would very likely want to stay here again. - Holly S.

Superior - Lovely property in a great location near Dominical and Uvita. Clean and well maintained. Amazing! - It was a phenomenal trip! We enjoyed the local beaches, an animal sanctuary ... the amazing restaurants were around every corner, surfing, a sound bath, horseback riding, It is the perfect getaway. Jungle Life and Sunsets - Where else can you be in the jungle and have incredible views. Wild life entertainment while you drink your morning Joe on the balcony to sipping you afternoon cocktail watching the sunset. It does not get any better!. This is an adventure waiting to happen, proximity to activities and world class restaurants makes staying at Villa Exotica a must whether it is your bucket list visit to Costa Rica or you are returning. - Sharon R.

Wonderful place! - The place actually looks better in person then it did in pics. The pics are nice but seeing the place was amazing. The views were breathtaking and the location was relaxing and peaceful. The Airbnb itself, was like a second home. It had everything that you would need. So, don’t worry if you forgot something! Both of the hosts, Oscar and Esteban, were extremely helpful and made the whole stay easy. Although, my guest and I were considering other places, Oscar and Esteban sold us by their response times and eagerness to help. That was very important to us considering that this was our first time visiting Costa Rica. - Erica H.

This house was amazing! - This house was amazing! Me and my girlfriend got the most out of our stay in Costa Rica, but there was nothing like this Contemporary style Jungle Home. It’s location is superb, being that your 15-20 minutes from 2 separate beaches. The house was spotless clean and Oscar, my personal concierge doing my trip was extremely helpful. He gave us lots of fun activity options as well as food options in the area. Overall, he helped make our vacation a lot easier with his superb knowledge of the area. Amazing property!!! quite, luxurious and well equipped - All areas of the house are in perfect condition. The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable. The expansive views from the living room and two master bedrooms are fantastic. The pool is clean, water temperature is perfect and provides great views of the ocean and sunset. Magnificent villa! - We were 2 families of 7 spending 5 days around New Years in villa Exotica. Due to excellent communication and alignment with Oscar, we were well prepared for getting the most out of our holiday. For new years Eve Oscar arranged for a cook to come to our house and make us a lovely dinner. He also made the arrangement for us to visit Maual Antonio National Park, which was very professional, pleasant and a true wildlife experience. We enjoyed most afternoons by the pool, watching the magnificent sunset. Everything worked out perfectly, the villa is very well equipped, clean, spacious and very practical for family with teenagers. We enjoyed several trips in the neighbourhood, such as Dominical, Playa Uvita and the waterfalls. We highly recommend this lovely villa, and we would love to come back! - Gry H.
